Congratulations! You have purchased a Regent Cool Touch™ 130
watt heavy-duty fluorescent worklight with stand. This worklight operates cooler, safer, and is more energy efficient than conventional halogen worklights. It has durable, die-cast aluminum fixture heads with independent On/Off switches and a heavy-duty stand that extends 8’ in height.

• Use only three wire outdoor extension cords that have three-prong grounding plugs and grounding receptacles that accept the appliance’s plug.
• Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection should be provided on the circuit(s) or outlet(s) to be used for the wet location portable lamp. Receptacles are available having built-in GFCI protection and are able to be used for this measure of safety.

This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruc­tions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interfer­ence to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an ex p e rienced radio/TV technician for help.
• Fixture must be connected to a 120 Volt, 60 Hz power source. Any other connection voids the warranty.
• Keep away from flammable objects.
• The electrical system, and the method of electrically connecting the fixture to it, must be in accordance with the National Electric Code and local building codes.
• Disassembly of the fixture will void the warranty.
• Use only a 65 watt, PL type fluorescent bulb. Use of any other bulb will damage the fixture and void the warranty.

bly and secure it by tightening the knob that was loosened in Step 1.

Step 1: Remove the pole and stand assembly
from the box. Loosen the locking knob located just above the stand assembly and open the legs to the full open posi­tion. Secure the locking knob and place the pole and stand assembly on a flat surface (H).
Step 2:To mount each light fixture to the light
bar, first loosen and remove wing knobs from both bolt holes located on the light assembly bar. Place each bolt through the “U” brackets on the light fixtures, then through the light assembly bar. When positioned correctly, the small hole in the center of the light assembly bar should be fac­ing up. Place the wing knobs in position (under the bar) and tighten until secure. N OT E : The metal washer should be placed between the bolt and “ U ” b ra cket, and the wave wa s h e r b e t ween the “ U ”b ra cket and light bar. T h e other flat washer should be positioned b e t ween the light bar and wing knob (I).
Step 3:To attach the light assembly bar to the
adjustable pole, position the hole in the mid­dle of the light assembly bar over the threaded screw on the pole. NOTE:The large hole in the light assembly bar should be facing down to fit over the nut already in place. Once the light assembly bar is in place, position the hole in the Y-connector over the threaded screw. Secure with attachment knob (J).
Step 1: Plug the light into any 120 Volt standard
receptacle. The on/off switches are locat­ed on the back of each fixture head and are independent from each other. Depress the switch once to turn the light on; depress the switch again to turn the light off.
Step 2: The lights can be rotated in a forward,
backward, left, or right angle as needed for light direction (K).
Step 3: Adjust the tripod stand to the desired
height by loosening and tightening the locking collars on the pole (L).

Step 4: The tripod legs can be positioned up for storage
(M) and down in a locked position to support the stand light.
Step 5: When worklight is used on uneven terrain, extend the
adjustable leg out as necessary to properly balance the work­light. To extend adjustable leg, loosen locking collar on leg and extend leg as required. Tighten locking collar to secure in place (L). NOTE: Tripod legs should be staked to the ground or secured with sand bags or other suitable weight:
• When used on uneven or rocky surfaces.
• When used in windy areas.
• Anytime stand is extended beyond normal down position.
NOTE: Store cord on convenient storage hooks
located on stand when not in use.
Five-Year Limited Warranty
Cooper Lighting (“the Company”) warrants this product (“the product”) against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years from date of original purchase, and agrees to repair or, at the Company’s option, replace a defective product without charge for either replacement parts or labor during such time. This does not include labor to remove or install fixtures.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product. A purchaser’s receipt or other proof of date of original purchase acceptable to the Company is required before warranty performance shall be rendered.
This warranty only covers product failure due to defects in materials or work­manship which occurs in normal use. It does not cover the bulb or failure of the product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, alteration, faulty installation, subjecting the product to any but the specified electrical service or any other failure not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Damage to the product caused by separately purchased, non-Company brand replacement bulbs and corrosion or discoloration of brass components are not covered by this warranty.
There are no express warranties except as described above. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PROD­UCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IF ANY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequen­tial damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized by the Company. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
