1 Introduction
The OEM2400MR transceiver module is not sold separately as a stand alone device. It is intended to be used as par t of a complete OMNEX telemetry device and in the user manual for any device containing the m odule will be included the text from the f ollowing page.
This manual is for the use of professionals to guide them in the installation, operation and basic system maintenance of the equipment covered.

OEM-2400-MR complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device m ay not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including int erference that may cause undesired operat ion
Caution - Changes or modif ications not expressly approved by the OMNEX Control Sys tems ULC will void the user’s authority t o operate the equipment .

To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p.) is not more than that permitted for successful communication.
4 RF Exposure Information
READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE INSTALLING THE OEM900MR This product is intended for fixed installation applications. In order to comply with FCC/ISC
adopted RF exposure requirement s, installation of this transm itter system's antennas must be performed in a manner that will provide at least 20 cm (7.88 inches) clearance from the antenna to any user or member of the public.
OEM-2400-MR was certified with a Linxs Technologies ANT-2.4-SW-CT-RPS ½ wave dipole antenna with a 46 cm (18 inch) cable.
The maximum radiated output power of these antennas satisfies the maximum permissible exposure (MPE) limits as specified in §1.1310 of FCC regulations for general population/uncontrolled ex posure as long as the minimum separat ion distance of 20 cm (7.88 inches) between the radiating element and the person is maintained
