SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before using the fan, read this instruction manual carefully
and keep it for further reference.
· Use the unit for its intended purpose only as specified
in this manual.
· Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause
harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
· Before switching the unit on for the first time make sure
that your home mains voltage corresponds to the unit
operating voltage.
· Before using the fan examine the power cord closely
and make sure that it is not damaged. If you find that the
power cord is damaged, do not use the unit.
· Do not use the fan outdoors.
· Place the unit on a flat, dry and steady surface away
from sources of heat or open flame.
· Do not use the unit near containers filled with water,
next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements or near a swimming pool.
· Do not immerse the fan, power cord and power plug into
water or any other liquids.
· Do not touch the unit body and the power plug with wet
hands.
· If the fan falls into water, unplug it before touching it and
only then you may take the fan out of water. Apply to the
nearest authorized service center for testing or repairing
the unit at the contact addresses given in the warranty
certificate and on the website www.coolfort.ru.
· Make sure that the power cord does not contact with hot
surfaces and sharp furniture edges.
· Do not insert any foreign objects into the openings of
the fan protective grids to avoid injuries or unit damage.
· Do not touch the rotating blades during the fan
operation.
· Do not place the fan near curtains or house plants.
· It is not recommended to stay under the air flow coming
from the fan for a long time (especially for children and
elderly people).
· Never leave the operating unit unattended.
· Unplug the fan before cleaning and when you do not use
the unit or before moving it to a new place.
· When unplugging the fan pull the plug but not the cord.

· Clean the unit regularly.
· Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using
the unit as a toy.
Attention! The unit contains a lithium battery. Prevent
children from swallowing the lithium battery. If your child
has swallowed a battery, immediately see your doctor.
· For children’s safety reasons do not leave polyethylene
bags used as packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene
bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
· Do not allow children to touch the unit and the power
cord during the unit operation.
· The unit is not intended to be used by people (including children) with any physical, sensory or mental
disabilities or by persons lacking life experience or
knowledge if they are not under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety or if they are
not instructed by this person on the usage of the unit.
· Do not use the fan if the blades, the power cord
or the power plug are damaged, if the fan works
improperly, after it was dropped or was damaged in
some other way.
· If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced
by the manufacturer, a maintenance service or similar
qualified personnel to avoid danger.
· Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disassemble the
unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it
has fallen, unplug the unit and apply to any authorized
service center at the contact addresses given in the
warranty certificate and on the website www.coolfort.ru.
· Transport the unit in the original package.
· Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children
and people with disabilities.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION
AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature
before switching on.
· Unpack the fan and remove any advertising stickers that
can prevent its operation.
· Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case of
damages.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL (15)
· When you choose a place for the fan, make sure not to
expose the infrared sensor to direct sunlight to decrease
the possibility of false activation of the remote control
(RC) (15).
· Efficient distance from the RC (15) to the fan should be
not more than 5 m.
· When you use the RC (15), try to direct the RC (15) to the
infrared sensor, otherwise the fan will not answer to the
RC (15) signals.
ATTENTION!
The unit contains a lithium battery. Prevent children from
swallowing the lithium battery. If your child has swallowed a
battery, immediately see your doctor.
Battery leakage can cause injuries or damage the unit. To
avoid the unit damage, follow the instructions given below:
– use only the «CR2025» battery;
– do not recharge the battery;
– insert the battery strictly following the polarity;
– remove the battery if you are not planning to use the unit
for a long time;
– replace the battery in time;
– apply to specialized centers for further recycling of the
battery;
– avoid the power nippers circuit.
Installing or replacing the battery
in the remote control (15)
· Remove the battery compartment lid by turning it to the
position « ».
· Install a CR2025 battery strictly following the polarity.
· Install the battery compartment lid back to its place and
turn it to the position « ».
Note: - if there is an isolation insert, remove the insert.
USING THE FAN
Notes:
– the operation mode selection buttons on the control
panel (2) are sensory, you just need to touch the button
to switch the necessary operation mode on.
· Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that the
mains voltage corresponds to the unit operating voltage.
· Insert the plug into the mains socket, you will hear a
sound signal and the on/off button (12) « » indicator
will light up.
· To switch the fan on press the on/off button (7) « »
«POWER» on the control panel (2) or the button (7)
«POWER» on the RC (15). The fan will switch on at the
medium speed and the indicator (1) « » will light up.
· Select the blades rotation speed by pressing the buttons (8) « » on the control panel (2) or the buttons (8)
«Speed » on the RC (15):
« » – low air flow speed;
« » – medium air flow speed;
« » – high air flow speed.
· To switch the horizontal rotation operation mode on
press the button (9) « » «SWING» on the control panel
(2) or the button (9) « » «SWING» on the RC (15).
Note: - press the buttons (9) « » «SWING» again to switch
the rotation mode off and direct the air flow in the necessary direction.
· Press the button (10) « » «TIMER» or the buttons
(10) «Timer » on the RC (15) to select the automatic
switch-off timer operation time, the indicators (17) will
be glowing.
· You can set the fan operation time from 1 hour to 8 hours
«1Н-2Н-4Н-6Н-7Н-8Н» (with 1 hour setting step).
· The set timer operation time is shown with the indicators (17).
· To switch the timer off repeatedly press the button (10)
« » «TIMER» or the buttons (10) «Timer » on the RC
(15) until the indicators (17) go out.
· Select the air flow mode with the «MODE» button (16),
the light indicators show the selected mode:
« » – just ventilation;
« » – natural wind;
« » – sleep wind.
· To switch the fan off press the on/off button (7) « »
«POWER» on the control panel (2) or the button (7)
«POWER» on the RC (15). The fan will switch off; then
unplug it.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
· Before cleaning the fan switch it off by pressing the
on/off button (7) « » «POWER» on the control panel
(2) or the button (7) «POWER» on the RC (15). The fan
will switch off; then unplug it.
· Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents to clean the fan.
· Wipe the fan with a slightly damp cloth and then
wipe it dry.
· You may clean the fan blades with a vacuum cleaner
using a proper attachment.
· Do not immerse the fan into water or other liquids. Make
sure that no liquids get into the motor unit (4) of the fan
or into the base to avoid its damage and prevent risk of
electric shock.
STORAGE
· Unplug the fan and clean it.
· Pack the fan into the original package and put it away
for storage in a dry cool place away from children and
disabled persons.

prescribed manner.
For further information about recycling of this product apply
to a local municipal administration, a disposal service or to
the shop where you purchased this product.
The manufacturer preserves the right to change design,
structure and specifications not affecting general principles
of the unit operation without a preliminary notification due
to which insignificant differences between the manual and
product may be observed. If the user reveals such differences, please report them via e-mail info@coolfort.ru for
receipt of an updated manual.
Unit operating life is not less than 3 years

from the dealer from whom the appliance was purchased.
The bill of sale or receipt must be produced when making
any claim under the terms of this guarantee.
