CLEAN AND MAINTANENCE Ensure the Coolabah® Bug Zapper is disconnected from its
power source before performing any type of maintenance.
The electrified grid is self-cleaning, however if there are any insects left between the vertical
hanging grids, blow away with an air blower or use a long handle paint brush to dislodge. Do
not remove the cage of the bug zapper to clean the grid.
DAYTIME PESTS: wasps, beetles and flies are odour or heat seeking and do not respond
primarily to black light UV light, however increased numbers of these pests can be lured to
your Bug Zapper with baiting. Bait such as honey can be applied to a piece of cloth and hung
from the underside (use of lures is also recommended, available on our website)
STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place when not in use. Clean vertical hanging grid (as directed
above) if required.
WASTE PRODUCTS: Dispose of expired energy saving Black Light UV globe in with general
waste, they are non-recyclable
