ELECTRIC KNIFE
INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Safety Warnings
1. Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time.
2. Before you connect the appliance to the mains supply, make sure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate, matches the mains voltage in your home. If it does not, contact your dealer and do not use the appliance.
3. Prevent children from pulling on the mains cord.
4. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the housing in water or other liquid. Do not operate knife in water or under running water.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off p arts, and before cleaning. Disconnect when changing blades.
7. Avoid contacting moving parts.
8. Do not operate after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Repairs to electrical appliance should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk. Return appliance to its authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
9. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
10. Do not let cord hand over edge of table or counter.
11. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. Always handle blades with hand away from cutting edge. Use the spatula to extricate food. Always store blades with cutting edge away from you.
12. Do not contact any moving parts while the appliance is operating.
13. Make sure that the motor and blades have completely stopped before removing blades from housing.
14. The appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
15. Do not plug in the mains before the blades have been inserted.

16. Before cleaning the appliance disconnect from the power supply.
17. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
18. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
19. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
20.This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
21.Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
22.This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
