Dish shall be constructed of a stainless steel exterior
with a glass window in the lid for easy viewing.

Dish shall come equipped with side vents for ventilation,
an adjustable rate slow-closing lid, and one single­chamber stainless steel insert.

Dish intended for use on induction buffet units.

• Side vents for optimum steam ventilation to keep
glass lid clear

• Lid stays open at 90

Lid rate of descent can be adjusted

• Push pin for easy insert removal
