Designer Tips:
• Neon Foam Wire in letters and shapes, use cool glue gun to secure in place.
• Use Spray paint to create custom colors of Neon Foam Wire. Start with the closest base color available. For example, start with yellow foam wire if you are going to use gold spray paint.

Use wire cutters to cut Neon Foam Wire. Push the foam wire down and cut only the inner wire. The foam will spring back into place and leave a soft tip at the end of the wire. This provides a finished look and prevents the wire from popping balloons.
To attach Neon Foam Wire to balloons, tightly wrap the foam wire around the neck of the tied balloon just below the knot. Helium-filled 1 1 inch balloons will lift and support the weight of the foam wire. The foam wire will support airfilled 5-inch balloons.

Important: Before using Neon Foam Wire in floral and balloon arrangements, always cut the inner wire back to leave a soft tip of foam at the end of each length.
