1. Firmly hand-tighten connection to the cylinder valve by turning the Hand-Tight Connection clockwise.
Do not use a wrench.

Hold the inflated balloon in your
left hand. With your right hand,
pinch the neck of the balloon
and the ribbon together and
stretch both around the end of
the tying post.
Remove tied balloon from post
and cut the ribbon on blue

4-Wheel Cylinder Hand Truck
The 4-Wheel Hand Truck doubles as a safety
stand when in the tilt-back position. The
rear wheel carriage folds up to enable ease
in transporting the hand truck to the job
and allows user to move cylinders up and
down stairs. Attach the balloon inflator to
the cylinder parallel with the handle of the
hand truck.
Replacement Ribbon Cutters
The Ribbon Cutter includes a Disc Tying
Post. The entire unit unscrews and is
easily replaced when blade gets dull.
