RGB Sync on Green 31k to VGA / HDTV Converter is designed to upscale video
signal using RGB Green lead synchronization @ 31kHz horizontal scan rate.

The unit can take an input and scale it PC resolutions VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA,
UXGA, WXGA, WSXGA and W UXGA; or High Definition resolutions including
720p, 1080i, and 1080p.

Users can select the size of the displayed image through the OSD menu with
options including Full, Overscan, Underscan, Letterbox and Panscan. Other
options including Finetune, Position, Brightness and Contrast allow you to adjust
for the best possible picture quality.

1. Scales any PC/HD resolutions up or down between PC (VGA – WUXGA) or HD
(480i - 1080p) resolutions.

2. Provides output picture adjustment on contrast, brightness, hue, saturation,
sharpness, RGB (color tone) level and aspect ratio size.
