Uses

Temporary Plate Strainers are used for start up of new
or revamped piping systems when space in the pipeline is limited.
They are designed to provide inexpensive protection for costly

valves, pumps, meters, and other mechanical equipment.

Materials

stainless steel and carbon steel; however, other materials are also
available. Contact factory.

Perforation/Mesh

centers is the standard perforation, but most sizes/varieties are
available.

Flanges

raised face or ring joint mating anges. For ring type joints,

specify ring number and style when ordering.

Standard materials for plate strainers are

Diameter holes of 1/8" on 3/16"

cone, and basket types, at its own factory in Lumberton, NC. Titan's manufacturing

facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art plasma cutter and a one-of-a-kind cone
rolling machine that forms full cone, temporary strainers. These machines enable Titan
to create temporary strainers that are economical, reliable, high in quality, and precise
down to the smallest tolerances. Because of Titan's specialized technology and its
experienced staff, Titan can produce virtually any temporary strainer you may need.
