CALCULATOR WITH CLIPBOARD /TRACEABLE® TIMER INSTRUCTIONS

CALCULATOR KEY FUNCTIONS
ON/CE
Press to turn the calculator on. When pressed during operation, press to clear an incorrectly entered number. Clears only the most recent entry.
ON/C
Press to turn the calculator on. When pressed during operation, clears the display to zero.
CE
Press to clear an incorrectly entered number. Clears only the most recent entry.
OFF
Press to turn the calculator off. The memory is cleared when the calculator is turned off.
Numerals (0-9)
Use to enter numbers.
• Press to enter a decimal point.
+/−
Press to change the value of the displayed number from positive to negative, or negative to positive.
M+ Memory Plus key: Press M+ to add the number being displayed to the value stored in memory.
M­Memory Minus key: Press M- to subtract the number being displayed from the value stored in memory.
MR Memory Recall key: Press MR to display contents of memory. Memory remains unchanged after key operation.
MC Memory Clear key: The first press of the MC key displays the value stored in memory. The second successive press of the MC key clears the memory.
CALCULATOR DISPLAY MESSAGES
“MINUS“ – indicates the displayed number is a negative.
“MEMORY” – indicates a number is stored in memory.
“ERROR” – indicates the calculated value is too large/small to be displayed.

CLEARING THE DISPLAY
If the timer is running, press the S/S button to stop the timer. To clear the display to zero, press the C button. Clearing the display will also clear the previous countdown time from memory.
COUNTDOWN ALARM TIMING
1. Clear the display to zero.
2. Press the H button to advance the hours digits. Press the M button to advance the minutes digits. Press the S button to advance the seconds digits. Press and hold the H, M, or S button to rapidly advance the display.
3. Once the desired time is on the display, press the countdown timing.
4. When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will sound and the timer will begin counting up.
The alarm will sound for one minute and then turn off automatically to preserve battery life while the timer continues counting up.
While the alarm is sounding, pressing any button will silence the alarm and stop the count-up timing. After one minute, pressing the count-up timing.

Once the count-up timing has been stopped, pressing the H, M, or S buttons will increment the display from the point that it was stopped and will set the timer into countdown mode. (This will also clear the previous countdown time from memory.)
MEMORY RECALL
When timing repetitive intervals, the memory function will recall the last countdown time.
1. Follow steps 1 through 4 in the “Countdown Alarm Timing” section.
2. Once the count up timing has been stopped, press the recall the original programmed time.

ALL OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES
If this timer does not function properly for any reason, replace the battery with a new high quality battery (see “Battery Replacement” section). Low battery power can occasionally cause any number of “apparent” operational difficulties. Replacing the battery with a new fresh battery will solve most difficulties.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
An incorrect display, no display or operational difficulties indicate that the battery should be replaced. Slide open the battery cover on the back of the timer. Remove the exhausted battery and replace it with a new 1.5 volt silver-oxide 357 size battery. Make certain the positive (+) side is visible. Replace the battery cover.
