IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
2. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. No
responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from use non-
compatible with the instructions.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the HAND
MIXER in water or other liquid.
4. Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children. Keep children away from the appliance.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning.
7. Unplug before inserting or removing parts.
8. Avoid contacting moving parts.
9. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils
away from the beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury
to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
10. Remove beaters from the HAND MIXER before washing them.
11. Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may
overheat. For 1~5 Speed, continuously operate time must be less
than 3 minutes. For turbo speed, continuously operate time must
be less than 1 minute.
12. Do not use the beaters to mix too hard ingredients.
13. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer may cause re, electric shock or injury.
14. Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
15. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
16. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged
in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
17. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will t in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t contact a qualied
electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
18. Do not put it in water.
19. Do not use outdoors.
20. Household use only.
21. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualied person in
order to avoid a hazard.
22. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
