1. Introduction
Congratulations for the purch asing of the digital P layer. The high integration r educes th e device weight and
the dimensions and the use is comfortab le. The FLASH memory allows using the player in every situation with
“jumping” proble m (for examp le during jog ging activities). The display with CSTN technology offers clear and
sharp informati on and the USB 2.0 High Speed interface mak e easier th e data trans fer operation from/to the
computer. The digital MP4 Player has built-in a Li-Pol ymer ba ttery rec hargeable by computer U SB port. By
the mi crophone inside it is possib le to record voice messages and play them directly with the device or by
computer.
Before using this p roduct, please read this manual and re tain this instruction s for future referenc e.

2. Get started
2.1 Power ON/OFF
The player has built-in a rechargeable battery. At the first use we suggest to recharge the battery for a long
period (around 8 hou rs).
Powering On:.
1. Set the power “On/O ff” button to “On” posi tion, the player will be turned on.
2. In standby mode, lon g press the key to turn on the pla yer.
Powering Off:
1. Long press the key until the player i s turned off.
2. Then turn the power On/Off button to Off position.
2.2 Recharge the Player
3. Main Menu
After powering on the player, you can see the main menu with 8 submenus (optional), w hich allow you to
select different function s and options.
By pressing the [] or [] buttons, you can select the desi re option, and then press button t o enter in.
While you are e nter in an y of these functions, lo ng press M ENU [M] button to return to m ain menu mode.
Short press the MEN U [M] button to enter in the submenu o f each function.
The available option s are:
Select this option to play song.
Select this option to play AMV video.
The player can be charged by connected to the PC via USB cable. While the cha rge, please turn the power
“On/Off” button to ON positi on. During charging, an icon on the right will be shown. The player should be
fully charged for 3 - 4 hours.
Select this option to record voice mess ages by the microp hone inside.
Select this option to play recorded voic e message.
Select this option to use the FM radio.
Select this option to read text.
Select this option to browse and see p hotos.
Select this option to access at system setup.
Select this option to play game.
3.1 Music Mode
The music player option allows playing songs. To activate this option please follow here below in struction:
3.1.1 Ke y Function at Mus ic Mode
During the song pla y it is possible to ac tivate the following controls.
Short press the pla y [] to start pla ying the song or pau se the playing.
Short press [] or [] to skip to the pr evious or the next song.
Long press [] or [ ] to fast playing t he song backward / forward.
Short pr ess [VO L] button , and then short press [] or []button to decrease
volume or increase volume
Short press [VOL] button, and then long press the [] to turn on the speaker,
long press [] butt on to shut off the spea ker.
3.1.2 Music Submen u
By short pressing the MEN U [M] button, you can find the fo llowing music submenu s. Press [] or [] to
choose, and then press [M] key to confirm each subm enus. Use the same techniq ue to navigate inside each
of the submenus.

Local Folder:

Delete All:
Delete all music file s using this option .
Repeat:
Seven repeat modes are listed includ ing Normal, Repeat One, Folder, Repeat Folder, Repeat All,
Random and Intro.
Equalizer
With preset 7 equa lizers including Nat ural, Rock, Pop, Cla ssic, Soft, Jazz and DBB
Tempo Rate:
You can alter the Tempo Rate of the Song. (note: t his function is comp atible only with MP 3 files)
3.1.3 Lyric Display
The Player supports Lyrics Display, in which the lyrics would be show n synchronizing with the actually lyrics of
the song. The file format sho uld be “.Irc”, and th e file name should be exact ly the same with th e song’s file
name and place within the same folder with the s ong. To activate this opti on, please follow here below
instruction:
1. While pla ying song, press an d hold MENU [M] to activate lyrics disp lay
2. Short pre ss MENU [M] button again to de-activa te the lyrics display and return to music play menu.
3.2 AMV Mode
The AMV MO DE allows to play movies in AMV Fo rmat. To a ctivate this op tion please fo llow here belo w
instruction:
1. Power ON the player, the screen wil l display the main m enu.
2. By using [] or [] buttons, select AMV MODE option t hen press [M] butto n.
3. Press PL AY [] button to start to play th e first movie availa ble.
3.2.1 Key Function a t AMV Mode
During the song pla y it is possible to ac tivate the following controls.

3.2.3 How to conve rt the movie file into AMV
This program allo ws you to convert below movie files into AMV file by using th e tool in CD:
AVI format (.avi)
Windows Media f ormat (.asf, .wmv & .wma)
MPEG 1 format (.m pg, mpeg &.dat)
Real player forma t (.rm)
Quicktime format (.mov)
MPEG 2 format (.v ob)
NOTE: to convert some formats it is necess ary to hav e installed the related codec (for example Quicktime ©
for “.mov” files or D ivX Codec© for s ome “.avi” files)
Installation: Put th e assorted CD driv er into your com puter CD disk driv er, open the file click the AMV transfer
tool, select progra m named “Setup.e xe” and double cl ick it to run the in stallation program .
After insta llation fin ish, you could find the program named MP3 Pl ayer Utilti es 4.17 in your compute r, select
the AMV Convert Tool to start your convertin g. The procedures is following:
1. Run “AMV Converter”, click to ch oose the folder where to save the AMV files, then click to
select the file whi ch you want to con vert.
2. Click and a dialog box will be show n. Set up the parameter in the di alog box, and then click [OK ] to
confirm. (Note: On ly pixels in 128x1 28 can be suppor ted for this player)
3. Click to start converting
4. After convert, the AMV files will be p layed automatically.
3.3 Record (Voice messages recorder)
This option allows to record voice messages by using th e microphone inside. To record voice messa ge,
please follow here b elow instruction:
During recordin g, Press the PLAY [] bu tton to star t / pause recording. Long press P LAY []button will
eventually s top and save the recording. Long press MENU [M] button to save the recording and back to the
main menu mode.
By short pressing the MENU [M] button, you can find the LOCAL FOLD ER and REC TYPE in the submenu.
Press [] or [] to choose, and then press [M] key to confirm each submenus. Use the same technique to
navigate in each of the submenus.
1. Under the LOCAL FOLDER subme nu, you can choose a folder and enter i n by pressing [M] bu tton.
2. Under the REC TYPE submenu, you can choo se the recording quality which including FINE REC and
LONG REC.
3.4 Voice (Voice Messages Player)
The v oice op tion allows t o play the voice message s recorded by the player. To activate this option, please

3.5 FM (FM Radio)
NOTE: in order to l isten to FM radio it i s necessary to keep the earphones ins erted.
When the FM Rad io mode is activated it is possible to he ar radio programs.
This option allows us to enjoy FM rad io programs. To use it, please follow h ere below instructio n:
1. Power O N the Player, the screen w ill display the main menu
2. By using [] / [] buttons, select FM option th en press [M] button to confirm.
3. If there are p reset ch annels, press P LAY [] button to pla y the first channel, press again for the
next channel.

2. By us ing[] / [] buttons , select VOICE opti on then press [M] b utton.
3. Press PLAY [] button to start to pla y the first recording available.
3.5.1 FM Submenu
By short pressing the MENU [M] button, you can find the following FM submenu s. Press [] / [] to cho ose,
and then press MENU [M] bu tton key to confirm each submenus. Use the same tec hnique to navigate in each
of the submenus.
Here below you will find the FM radio option list.
Select this option to save radio channels
Select this option to record the radio stati on you are currently listening.
Select this option to delete the current ra dio channel.
Select this option to delete all radio chan nels.
Select this option to activate automatic s earch.
3.5.2 Search and Sto ring Channels
To search the band please follow h ere below instruction:
1. In the FM Mode, long press the [] / [] buttons to start au to search. The s earch stopped as an
available channel is found.
2. By short pressin g the [] / [] buttons to step-up sear ch.
3. Press MENU [M ] button to select SAVE option.
4. Press [M] and th is specific channel will be saved as the last channel
5. Repeat the step from 1 to 4 for each de sired radio program by keeping in mind tha t the player can
store 20 bands.
3.5.3 Speaker
Press [VO L] button and then long press [] to turn on the speaker or lo ng press [] button to s hut off the
speaker
3.6 E-Book (TXT file r eading)
The E-book option a llows reading text file. To activate this option please follo w here below instruction:
1. Power ON the p layer, the screen will displa y the main menu.
2. By using the [ ] / [] buttons select E-book, and then press [M] button to c onfirm
3. Use [] / [] bu ttons to choose the file
4. Press PLAY [] button to s tart reading the file
3.6.1 E-Book Subme nu
By short pressing the MENU [M] button in E-book mode, you can find the following subm enus. Press [] / []
to ch oose, and then press [M] key to confirm each submenus. Use the same techniq ue to nav igate inside
each of the submen us.

In this menu, you can select a folder and enter in by pressing [M] button. And select the txt fi le you want
to read and then sho rt press [] to begin reading.
Play Set:
You can choose manu al play and auto play. For a uto play, you can set the pl aying time from 1 to 10
seconds for each pa ge of the E-book.
Delete File:
Delete specific text file you want.
Delete All:
Delete all text files using this option.
Some operatin g systems (before Windo ws 2000) do not sup port USB d isc divided in
two parts, s o after using “Private sp ace” function you need to choose w hich disc y ou
want to see (norm al or encrypted).
This option allows checking the mem ory usage.
This option allows checking the firm ware version.
This option allows to upgrade the fir mware.
4. Upgrade your player
You can use Pc software to ma intain or upgrade player’s firmware.
1. Connect player to P C
2. Running upgrade t ools MP3 Player Update Tool (s tart from folder “firmware update tool 5.15” on
installation CD), t hen click ’Select n ew firmware file’ to choose the upgra de file.
3. Select a new fir mware file.
1. Click ‘Start Upgrad e’, the upgrade pro cess will start.
3.7 GAME
The GAME option allows playing gam es. To activate this option please fo llow here below ins truction:
1. Pow er ON the player, the scre en will display the main menu.
2. By usin g the [] / [] buttons to select GAME, and then press [M] but ton to enter in the GAME mode.
3.8 Photo (Photo View er)
The Photo option allows viewing pho tos. To activate this option please fol low here below ins truction:
1. Pow er ON the player, the scre en will display the main menu.
2. By using the [] / [] buttons to select Photo, and then press [M] button to enter in the PHOTO
mode.
3.8.1 Photo submen u
By short pressing the MENU [M] but ton, you can find the following music submenus. Press[] / [] to choose ,
and then press [M ] key t o confirm each sub menus. Use the s ame technique to n avigate in each of the
submenus.

3.9 Setup (System Set)
The setup option allows to access to pla yer setup system. To access at syste m setup please follow here
below instruction:
1. Pow er ON the player, the scre en will display the main menu.
2. By using the [] / [] select Setup opt ion then press [M] button to enter in t he system set mod e.
3. By using the [] / [] select the system setup parameter a nd press [M] butt on.
The parameters av ailable in the setup system are:
This option allows setting of the syste m date and time.
This option allows setting the brightne ss and LCD’s bla ck mode.
This option allows setting the Langua ge.
Off time: after the off time (no any activity on the player), the player will turn off
automatically.
Sleep time: wa iting time after which the playe r will turn off no matter in whi ch mode it
is. Note: sleep time must be set every time you turn on t he player.
Manual: set A-B repeat in manual mode, A and B points mu st be set by the use r.
Auto: set A-B repeat in auto mode, once A point is set it is not necessary to set B
point, the remainin g part of the song ( after point A) will be autom atically repeated.
