IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following:
2. Before use, check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate.
3. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
6. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
7. Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near children.
8. Keep hands and utensils out of the processor bowl when in use.
9. Never use your fingers to push food down the feed tube. Always use the Pusher.
10. Before removing the lid from the bowl from the power unit, switch off the unit; wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
11. Do not use the scraper while the unit is still running.
12. Be certain cover is securely locked into place before operating appliance. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
13. Do not open the cover until blades stop.
14. The blades and disc are extremely sharp, handle with care. Always hold the blade assembly by the finger grip or stem, away from the cutting edge, both when handling and cleaning.
15. Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from bowl.
16. Do not use outdoors.
17. Save these instructions.

Notes on polarized plug
This appliance incorporated a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other), which can only fit in one way into the socket. If the plug cannot fit fully into the socket, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way, as this is a safety feature.

Know your food processor
Shredding disc, slicing disc, food pusher, cutting blade, bowl, base, on, off/pulse, supply cord, cover.
Food pusher: Use it to gently push the vegetables or meat down so as to facilitate the processing of food. Never use finger to press the food.
Feeder: Cut the food into small pieces and insert it through the feeder. Cover: The cover must be properly locked with Base before operating. Otherwise the
appliance cannot be started. And never remove cover before the blade or disc has completely stopped. Shredding Disc: used for shredding of vegetables or grinding of hard cheese. Make sure the shredding disc has been engaged with the Disc holder before operation. The explanation of inserting or removing shredding disc from Disc holder is as below.
Slicing Disc: used for slicing potatoes, carrots and similar substance. Disc holder: when shredding or slicing the disc must be properly engaged with the
holder. S blade assembly: used for mincing the boneless meat, crushing the nuts, onion, garlic or blending the gam. But never used for crushing the ice as this will damage the blade. It is suggest not to grinding very hard substance or coffee beans.
Bowl: for containing the processed food. Off/Pulse: Press it to terminate the operation. If you hold it down it is the Pulse function.

On: press this button to begin the operation. Base: the base should never be placed into water for cleaning.
Before first use
Carefully unpack the food processor and remove any package material or label or stickers. Cleaning all the parts except Base following the instructions in Cleaning and Maintenance. Handle the blades or disc with extreme care, as they are sharp.
Using the food processor
The food processor can be used for mincing the meat, chopping the nut, shredding or slicing the vegetables. Using the different attachment to perform different task.
1. Mincing the meat
a) Position the bowl in base (Fig 1) and turn it until locks with the base as
illustrated (Fig 2& Fig 3)

b) Place the blade onto the stem of bowl. Always holding the stem of blade as
blades is extremely sharp. See Fig4.
c) Close the cover. Place the cover in the illustrated direction and turn it until the
tab of cover lock with the Base. This is a safety feature that will enable the appliance can only operable when the cover is properly in place. Please do not
intend to damage it. d) Then connect the appliance to power supply. e) Cut the boneless meat into small pieces and insert it through the feed, use the
Food pusher to press it if necessary. When the On button is depressed the
meat will be minced within seconds. Never overfill the bowl, particularly for beef,
the max weight per time can be processed cannot exceed 300g and the max
running time cannot exceed 30 seconds, and minimum 1 minutes rest time
must be maintained between two consecutive cycles.

The bowl handle has been placed as illustrated direction. Then turn it clockwise until the bowl has engaged with the base.
