G SAFETY WARNINGS
Do not connect th e appliance to flues(from boilers , fireplace, etc.) . Make
sure the mains vo ltage corresponds to the values on th e rating plate
located insid e the cooker hood. The mini mum safety distanc e between
the cooktop and t he cooker hood must be at least 650mm.
Never cook on ope n flames under the cooker hood.
Check deep-fr yers during use: superheated oil ma y be flammable.
Ensure there is a dequate ventilation of the room when the cooker hood
is used at the same t ime as appliances burning gas or other fuels.
Do not flambe und er the cooker hood
The exhaust air must not be discharged int o a flue which is used for
exhausting fu mes from appliances burning gas or ot her fuels.
Ensure that all r egulations concerning the disch arge of exhaust air
have been fulfi lled before you use the appliance.
Before perfor ming any cleaning or m aintenance opera tions,
disconnect th e appliance by unplu gging it or using the ma in switch.

B INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Étape 1
Posez la barr e de su ppo rt contre le mur en respectant un écart a vec l e pla n
de travail ca lcu lé co mme suit : X+(650~700) mm (Fig.1).
Vérifiez l' ali gne ment horizontal à l'aide d'un nivea u à bul le et m arquez les 4
trous à perce r (1) .
Percez les tr ous . Ins érez les chevilles de 8 mm (2) et fixe z la ba rre ( 3) à l' aide
des vis corre spo nda ntes (Fig. 2).

Après avoir dé ter min é la position optimale, posez le supp ort ( B) co ntre le mur,
vérifiez l' ali gne ment horizontal à l'aide d'un nivea u à bul le et m arquez les 2
trous à perce r aux e xtr émités. Percez les trous (4). In sér ez le s 2 che villes de
8 mm (5) et fixez l e sup por t (B) à l'aide des vis correspondante s.

Positionn ez le v err e sur la hotte, fixez-le en utilisant 4 v is. I nsé rez le conduit
dans le racco rd pr évu p our celui-ci et fixez-le à l'aide de de ux vi s ST2 .9*10 (7).
Le kit de recyc lag e d'a ir a été préfixé dans la rallonge. Pour s épa rer l e kit de
recyclage d 'ai r et la r allonge, fixez le tuyau, puis réins tal lez l e kit de recyclage
et la rallong e.
Fixez la rall ong e à l'é lém ent (8) en la faisant glisser à la hau teu r sou haitée.
Pl ace z l'é lément et la rallonge sur le conduit d' éva cua tion jusqu'à insertion
complète.
Accrochez l a hot te de l a plaque de cuisson sur la barre de suppo rt Ass ure z vous qu'ell e soi t sol idement fixée (9).

3. CLEANING THE O UTSIDE OF THE APPLIANCE
The outside of th e cooker hood should be cleaned using a d amp cloth
and neutral liq uid detergent or denatured alcoho l.
Do not use produc ts that contain abrasive substances, rough cloths or
cloths specif ically designed for cleaning stee l. Using abrasive su bstances
or rough cloths w ill inevitably damage the finish of s teel.
The steel surfa ce will be irrevocably damaged if the i nstructions abov e
are not complie d with.
Keep these inst ructions together with the instructions for use of your
hood.
The manufactu rer accepts no liability for any dama ge caused by
non-complia nce with the instructions above.
4. CLEANING THE I NSIDE OF THE AP PLIANCE
The electrica l parts or parts of the mo tor assembly inside the range
hood must not be cl eaned using liquids or solvents.
Do not use abrasi ve products.
All the above ope rations must be perf ormed after having
disconnecte d the appliance from t he mains power suppl y.
E MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Constant main tenance ensures the correct opera tion and efficiency of
the appliance o ver time. Special attention shoul d be paid to the metal
grease-trap ping filters and the charcoal filte rs. Frequent clean ing of
the filters and t heir supports will ensure that fats and grease do not
accumulate on t he cooker hood, with the consequent r isk of fire.
1. METAL GR EASE-TRAPPING FI LTERS
These trap the fa t and grease particles suspended in the air, and
therefore sho uld be washed every month in hot water an d detergent,
without bendi ng them. Wait u ntil they are comple tely dry before
repositioni ng them. The metal filter s could be cleaned in a di shwasher.
2. CHARCOAL FILTERS
These trap the od ours present in the stream of air that passes through
them. The air is purif ied by passing a numbe r of times through the f ilters
and being recir culated into the kitchen. The charcoal filt ers cannot be
cleaned, and sh ould be replaced on average every 3-4 m onths(accordin g
to use).

E ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
Un entretien ré gulier de l'appareil garantira so n fonctionnement e t son
efficacité. Une at tention toute part iculière doit être a pportée aux filtre s
à graisse métal liques et aux filtres à charbon. Le nettoyage fréquent
des filtres et de l eurs supports empê che l'accumulation de graisses su r
la hotte et rédui t les risques d'incendie.
1.FILTRES À GRAISSE MÉTALLIQU ES
Ces filtres cap tent les particules de graisse en suspension dans l'air. I l
est recommand é de les faire tremper dans un mélange d' eau chaude et
de détergent au m oins une fois par mois, en veillant à ne pa s les courber.
Attendez qu'i ls soient entièrement secs avant de les remettre en place .
Les filtres mét alliques peuvent passer au lave-v aisselle.
2.FILTRES À CHARBON
Ces filtres cap tent les odeurs présentes dans l'air aspiré. L'air trav erse
plusieurs foi s ces filtres pour êtr e purifié puis renvoyé dans la cuisin e.
Les filtres à cha rbon ne peuvent pas être nettoyés. Ceux-ci doivent être
remplacés tou s les 3 à 4 mois (selon l'utilisation).
3.NETTOYAGE DE L'E XTÉRIEUR DE L'APPAREIL
Nettoyez l'ex térieur de l'appareil à l'aide d'un c hiffon h umide et de
détergent liq uide neutre ou d'alcool dénaturé.
N'utilisez pa s de produits à base de substances abra sives, de chiffons
rêches ou de chiffon s conçus pour le netto yage des surfaces mé talliques.
L'utilisati on de substances abrasives ou de chiffons rêc hes peut
endommager dé finitivement la finition métall ique.
Veuillez respe cter les instructions ci-dessus p our ne pas endommage r
la surface méta llique de la hotte.
Conservez ces i nstructions pour toute référence ultérieure.
Le fabricant ne s aurait être tenu pour responsable d es dommages liés
au non-respec t des instructions ci-dessus.
4.NETTOYAGE DE L'I NTÉRIEUR DE L'APPAREIL
Les parties éle ctriques ou les pièces du moteur de la ho tte ne doivent
pas être nettoy és à l'aide de liquides ou de solvants.
N'utilisez pa s de produits abrasi fs.
Veillez à débran cher l'appareil du s ecteur avant de suiv re les
instruction s fournies ci-dess us.
Step 1
Rest the suppor t bar against the wall a t a height from the cooktop
determined by t he sum of the distance X + (650~700)mm(Fig.1).
Check the horiz ontal alignment with a spirit level a nd mark the 4 holes
to be drilled(1 ).
Drill the holes , insert four 8mm dia. s crew anchors(2), and fasten the
bar(3) using th e corresponding screws(Fig2).
Step 2
Once having fou nd the optimum position, rest the bracket(B) against
the wall, check t he horizontal alignment using a spirit level and mark
the 2 holes to be dri lled at the ends.
Drill the holes (4), insert 2 x 8mm dia. s crew anchors(5) and fasten the
bracket(B)u sing the correspon ding screws.
Step 3
Put the glass on th e hood ,fasten it usin g 4 relative screws.Insert the
duct on the duct co nnection, fix the du ct using two ST2.9*10 screws(7)
Step 4
Fix the extensi on to element(8), sl iding it to the desired height.
Place element a nd the extension onto the chimney until is fully inserted .
Step 5
Hook the cooker h ood to the support bar. Make sure that it is fully
hooked(9).
Step 6
Lead the duct out s ide the
kitchen as per Fi g.3(10).
Step 7
Tighten the exte nsion
to the bracket( B) using
the screws(11).

Recirculation kit was pre-fixed in the extension. To separate the
recirculation kit and extension, assemble the pipe , the n rei nst all t he
recirculation kit and extension.

This applianc e is not intended for use by young childr en or infirm

The appliance m ust be installed by qualified perso nnel, in accordanc e
with the standa rds in force. If the sup ply cord is damaged, it must be
re-placed by th e manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualifi ed
persons in orde r to avoid a hazard. Any modifications t hat may be
required to the e lectrical system for the installation of the cooker hoo d
must only be made b y qualified electricians.
It is dangerous t o modify or attempt to m odify the characteristics of this
system. In the ev ent of malfunction s or if repairs are required to the
appliance, do n ot attempt to solve the problems dire ctly.
Repairs perfo rmed by unqualified persons may cau se damage. For all
repair and othe r work on the appliance, contact an aut horised service/
spare parts cen tre.
Always check th at all the electrical parts(lights, exhaust device) , are off
when the applia nce is not being used. Read the entire in struction bookle t
before perfor ming any operations on the cooker hoo d.
The cooker hood m ust only be used for the e xhaust of cooking
fumes in home kit chens. The manufac turer disclaims all liability
for any other use o f the appliance. The m aximum weight of any
object placed a bove the hood, or hung t o it(if possible) mu st not
exceed 1,5 kilo s. After inst alling the stainle ss steel hood, clean
it in order to remo ve any residue of the pr otective glue, and s tains
of grease or oil. T he manufacturer re commends its cleaning cloth
available for p urchase. The manuf acturer accepts no liability in
case of damage ca used by the use of diffe rent detergent types.

Ne raccordez pa s l'appareil aux conduits d'autre s appareils (chaud ière,
cheminée, etc .). Assurez-vous qu e la tension du secteur correspond à
celle indiqué e sur la plaque signalétique située à l 'intérieur de la hot te.
La distance de sé curité minimale entre le plan de trav ail et la hotte doit
être de 650 mm.
Ne faites pas fla mber vos aliments sous la hotte.
