included in the individual owner’s manual of the car.

Our customer assures that the following will be included in a prominent location of the owner’s
manual of the car:

The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC WARNING”: “NOTE” or relevant title and
“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance

could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
