USERS MANUAL & COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

The Continen

tal Transmitter is sold only as part of a vehicle by retail automobile dealers and as
such has no separate manual. The exhibit is provided electronically to the vehicle manufacturer
after submission.

The compliance statement for Continental Transmitter will be integrated by the OEM into the
vehicles owner's manual. It will read:
