Introduction:
Thank you for inviting BPA30 into your music life. The BPA30 is a portable battery powered amplifier. With the BPA30, you can easily perform your music outside with great tone, In order to achieve the most performance and safety operation, please read this user manual in detail.
1.) Features:
z Two input channels for connecting microphones (high and low Z) and
instruments
z CD input jacks for connecting a CD or tape player, drum machine or other
background source
z Headphones jack for monitoring z Internal rechargeable power supply provides a minimum of 8 hours normal
playing time ,the recharging time is no more than 6 hours
z Two-color power status LED: red indicates low battery, yellow indicates battery
is okay
z Tuned port cabinet for extended bass response, 8” woofer and 2” Piezo tweeter
for full range sound with clear highs
z Rubber feet on three different sides for positioning as either a low angle monitor,
high angle monitor or upright speaker
2.) Front panel
1. Input 1 Volume: This jack accepts a microphone(high or low Z) or a instrument.
2. Input2 Volume: This jack accepts a microphone(high or low Z) or a instrument.
3. Equalization Low/Low Mid/High Mid/ High: These knobs are used to adjust
the level in low/low mid/high mid/ high frequencies.
4. CD Input: This jack accepts sources from a CD player, a tape player, a drum
machine or any other similar source to the amplifier by means of a shielded signal cable.
5. Headphones: Use this jack to connect a pair of stereo headphones to the
amplifier. The internal speaker is disconnected when the headphones jack is used.
6. Power: Use this switch to turn the amplifier on or off.
3.) Rear panel
1. DC Charger Plug: This jack accepts a 15VDC charger to recharge the battery
(power switch off) or to supply power to the amplifier while playing (power switch on).
2. DC CIGARETTE LIGHTER ADAPTER, 12 VDC: This jack accepts a small
round connector of the optional 12-volt car adapter to power the amplifier from a vehicle instead of the internal battery. This connect doesn’t supplied 15-volt charger to this jack, be careful!!
4.) Suggestion Setting
Application 1
Plug a mic into Input 1 and an instrument such as a guitar into Input 2. Any types of pickups are available. When any effect devices are needed, please connect the device and Insert jack , or between the microphone and Input1. Note that the effect is applied when the device is connected into the Insert jack.
Application 2
When using a drum machine, CD player, or tape player , plug the one device into the Input 1 or plug multi devices into a combiner adapter as shown.
Application 3
Plug a mic into Input 1 and a CD or tape player into Input 2. The outputs of the CD/tape player must be summed to a mono signal with a 1/4” plug, as shown.
Application 4
Plug a mic into Input 1, and an instrument such as guitar into Input 2, and a drum machine, CD player or tape player into the Insert jack. The outputs of the CD/tape player must be summed to a mono signal with a 1/4” plug, as shown.
