This window provides workout feedbacks.
1.TIME: the time elapsed or the time remaining in your workout.
2.METERS: the total distance traveled since the start of the workout.
3.STROKES: the total strokes rowed since the start of the workout.
4.CALORIES: the calories burned since the beginning of the workout.
5.SPM: an estimation of strokes per minute.
6.LEVEL: the current resistance level.
7.PULSE: a feedback of your current heart rate during the workout.
8.WATT: a measurement of workload; one watt equals to six kilogram-meters per minute.
9.TIME/500M: a measurement of time per 500 meters.
CONSOLE PROGRAMS
PROGRAM OVERVIEWS
1.TARGET TIME, METERS, CALORIES are goal setting programs which the duration is
determined by your goal settings.
2.INTERVAL 20/10, 10/20 are interval training programs which each duration is
determined by your selection or entered value. It is designed to build your strength
through effectively gaining muscle. In the interval 20/10 program, it starts with high
intensity training countdown from 20 seconds and follows by recovery countdown
from 10 seconds.
The countdown rotation continues until you have reached your targeted distance.
A significant difference in strokes between high intensity and recovery is recommended.
SETTING THE PROGRAMS
1.SELECTING QUICK START
Press the START key to begin training.
2.SELECTING A PROGRAM
Select a program by using the ARROW key and press the ENTER key to confirm the
selection.
3.ENTERING TIME, METERS, CALORIES
Change the value by using the ARROW key and press the ENTER key to confirm the
value.
