FUNCTION :
This product is a KVM extender. It includes one transmitter,
ME-21T, and one receiver, ME-21R. There has a PC side and
Console side on ME-21T and a Console and REMOTE side on
ME-21R.
Console side on ME-2 1T : A VGA c onnector an d 2 PS2
connectors for mouse and keyboard.
PC sid e on ME- 21T : A VGA conn ector an d 2 PS2 connecto rs
for mouse and keyboard.
Console side on ME-21R : A VGA connector and 2 PS 2
connectors for mouse and keyboard.
There is an UTP/STP Socket on each ME-21T & ME-21R.
This Socket is used for conn ecting ME-21T & ME-21R by
Category 5 cable with 8P8C connector.
Any PS2 interface on ME-21T & ME-21R supports Hot-Plugging
function.
2D、3 D、5Key mice ar e suppo rted. U sing d iffer ent mic e on
ME-21T & ME-21R are implemental.
LINK LED light : To show the connection status.
HOT KEY : To adjust the Buzzer、Screen Display only.
The Screen display on all monitors are synchronous by default,
unless selected.
The VGA gain on ME-21R is adjustable and it can be adjusted by
Hot-Key operation.

1.GET CONTROL RIGHT:
The user authorization will be released automatically, after 2
minutes stop. You can press any key of the keyboard on the
local or remote side to get the control authorization. First
comes first served.
2. SETTING THE BUZZER ON OR OFF:
Hit <R> <SHIFT> twice in 3 seconds. If there is a beep sound,
it means the BUZZER is ON.
3.INTO HOT-KEY MODE:
OPERATION : LINK LED :
There is a LINK LED on both of ME-21T and ME21R. The LINK LED on both sides show s the
connecting status simultaneously.
1.
When the LINK LED is off, it means the connection
between ME-21T and ME-21R is failed.It also means
the receiving side (ME-21R) is disconnected.
When the LINK LED flashes fast, it is in AUTO
mode. Under the AUTO mode, use any keyboard and
mouse on either side to get the control of PC.
When LINK LED lights steadily, it means the PC is
used by the receiving side (ME-21R).
When the LINK LED flashes slowly, it means the
PC is used by the transimitting side (ME-21T).
At this time, the 3 LED indicators on the keyboard
of the receiving side (ME-21R) are flashing.
When the LINK LED is on, it means the receiving
side (ME-21R) is connected.
When the receiving side (ME-21R) is turned on, the
LINK LED on the ME-21T shows off and 3 LED
in dic ator s o n t he key boa rd of re cei vin g s ide
(ME-21R) are flashing.
This status indicates improper connection.

Hit <Alt> twice in 3 seconds to enter the Hot-key mode.
INDEPENDENT MONITOR DISPLAY:
(FOR ME-21T ONLY)
Under the Hot-key mode, hit <L> key to turn off the
monitor on the remote side(ME-21R). Out of the Hot- Key
mode, it turns back to the original setting mode.Under the
hot-key mode, hit the (L) key again, the monitor on the
remote side (ME-21R) will be "on".
VGA ADJUST ING CONTROL: (FOR ME-21 R
ONLY)There are 8 levels for adjusting images. T he
original setting is on the level 4, Under the Hot-key mode,
hit <Page Down> or <Page up> to change level.
