2. Allgemeine Hinweise
Umbau oder Veränderungen an den Klemmengehäusen sind nicht gestattet.
Ausgenommen sind das Anbringen von zusätzlichen Kabel -und Leitungseinführungen
und das Montieren von Anschlussklemmen im Rahmen der Zulassung des
Betriebsmittels.
Die Steuerung ist bestimmungsgemäß in unbeschädigtem und einwandfreiem Zustand
zu betreiben.
Als Ersatzteile und zur Reparatur dürfen nur Originalteile verwendet werden.
Montage und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von einer qualizierten Fachkraft in Übereinstimmung mit national geltenden Regeln durchgeführt werden.
Im Rahmen der Elektrostatik Verordnung sind geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen zu ergreifen (Erdung / Schutzleiteranschluss).
Hinweis!
Fehlerhafter oder unzulässiger Einsatz sowie das Nichtbeachten der Angaben dieser
Betriebsanleitung schließen eine Gewährleistung aus.

Abdeckung wird der Klemmenbereich sichtbar. In diesem Bereich sind zum
Anschluss der Schwimmschalter die gekennzeichneten Klemmen vorgesehen.
> Ein Anschlussschema bendet sich gut sichtbar auf der Innenseite der Abdeckung

9. Montage
Beachten Sie die nationalen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die
nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung.
Montageörtlichkeit ist ausschließlich im Innenbereich.
> Der Montageort muss stets gut zugänglich sein
> Befestigung des Gehäuses am Bauträger mittels 3 Schrauben ausführen
> Der Untergrund muss fest, eben und frei von Schmutz sein Abstände zu Ecken,
Geräten oder anderen Einheiten usw. muss mindestens 5 cm sein (an der rechten
Seite bitte ca. 15 cm Abstand einhalten, um die Steckdosen zugänglich zu halten)
> Montagehöhe, gut bedienbar in circa 1,6 Meter Höhe

10. Inbetriebnahme
Nach der Montage der Pumpen im Pumpenschacht die Schuko-Stecker der Pumpen in
die dafür vorgesehenen Steckdosen einstecken.
ACHTUNG!
Vor dem Öffnen der unteren - Abdeckung vom elektrischer Anschlussraum Netzstecker
ziehen.

HINWEIS!
Schalter ohne Funktion. Bitte in Stellung „Off“ lassen.
Anschluss des Störmeldeausgangs:
Ist der DIP-Schalter 3 auf „On“, zieht das Alarmrelais bei Hochwasser an. Eine externe
Alarmeinrichtung kann dann über die Klemmen X5-2 und X5-3 geschaltet werden.
ACHTUNG!
Schließen Sie die Abdeckung vom elektrischer Anschlussraum, bevor Sie den Netzstecker der Schaltanlage einstecken.

12. Inbetriebnahme
Handbetrieb Manueller Start von Pumpe 1 oder Pumpe 2
Durch kurzes betätigen der Taste Manuell wird
automatisch bis zum Ausschaltpunkt abgepumpt
Erneutes betätigen stoppt den Pumpvorgang.
ACHTUNG!
Voraussetzung für den manuellen Betrieb ist,
dass der unterste Schwimmschalter KS „C“
hoch gestiegen ist, siehe Funktionsbeschreibung
Niveausteuerung auf Seite 11.

2. General information
Modications or alterations to the terminal housings are not permitted except for the
installation of additional cable and cable entries, and mounting of connection terminals
as part of the approval of the equipment.
The control unit must be operated as intended in an undamaged and faultless
condition.
Only original parts may be used as spare parts and for repair.
Installation and maintenance work may only be carried out by a qualied specialist in
accordance with national rules.
Appropriate protective measures must be taken within the framework of the
electrostatic regulation (earthing /protective conductor connection).
NOTE!
Incorrect or unauthorized use, as well as failure to observe the instructions in this

> Metre long rubber cable; 1.5 mm², 3-wire with plug for connection to the power
supply.
> Two built-in schuko sockets at the side for connection of pumps.
> Level 2 electrical connection compartment. After removing the cover the terminal
area is visible. In this area the marked terminals are provided for the connection of
the three oat switches.
> A connection diagram is clearly visible on the inside of the cover.
> Self-sealing grommets enclosed for use as cable glands.

9. Mounting
Note the national safety and accident prevention regulations and the following safety
instructions in the operating instruction manual.
Installation is strictly for indoor use only.
> The place of installation must always be accessible.
> Fasten the housing to the building beam using three screws.
> The surface must be xed, level, and free of dirt. Distance to corners, devices
or other units etc. must be at least 5 cm (on the right side please keep 15 cm
distance to keep the sockets accessible).
> Mount at a height of 1.6 meters for ease of operation.

10. Commissioning
After the installation of the pumps in the pump sump connect the Schuko plugs of the
pumps with the sockets provided for this purpose.
ATTENTION!
Before opening the cover of the electrical connection compartment, disconnect the
mains plug from the power supply.

NOTE!
Please leave switch in “OFF“ position when not functioning.
Connection of the fault message output:
If the DIP switch 3 is set to “ON“, the alarm relay is activated during high water.
An external alarm device can then be switched via terminals X5-2 and X5-3.
ATTENTION!
Close the cover of the electrical connection compartment before connecting the mains
plug to the power supply.

pumps down to the switch-off point.
Press again to stop pumping.
ATTENTION!
A prerequisite for manual operation is that the
lowest level switch KS “C“ has been raised, see
function description level control on page 24.
