Limited Warranty

Condux International, Incorporated extends the following warran ty to the original purchaser of
these goods for use, subject to the qualifications indicated:

Condux International, Incorporated warrants to the original pu r chaser for use that the goods or
any component thereof manufactured by Condux International will be free from defects in
workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, provided such goods are
installed, maintained, and used in accordance with Condux written instructions.

Components not manufactured by Condux International but used within the assembly provided
by Condux International are subject to the warranty period as specified by the individual
manufacturer of said component, provided such goods are installed, maintained, and used in
accordance with Condux’s and the original manufacturer’s written instructions.

Condux’s sole liability and the purchaser’s sole remedy for a failure of goods under this limited
warranty, and for any and all claims arising out of the purchase and use of the goods, shall be
limited to the repair or replacement of the goods that do not conform to thi s warranty.

To obtain repair or replacement service under the limited warranty, the purchaser must contact
the factory for a Return Material Authori zation (RMA). Once obtained, send the RMA along
with the defective part or goods, transportation prepaid to

Replacement Procedure

1. Remove the broken pin’s shaft from the clevis head with pliers. If
necessary, apply heat to loosen the old threadlocker.

2. Unscrew the attached clevis head from the swivel body and remove the
broken pin’s head and the bearings

3. Clean the bearings and replace any that are defective. Slide the bearings
onto the replacement pin’s shaft (see Table 1 or Table 2 for correct
replacement pin) Do not force the bearings –it could damage the pin.

4. Ensure all threads are clean and dry. Apply a small amount of LOCTITE®
222™ to the threads of both clevis heads.

5. Insert the pin and bearings into the swivel body. Screw the pin into the
clevis head and tighten until snug. D o not over tighten

6. Screw the other clevis head into the swivel body and tighten firmly.

7. Test the swivel operation. The swivel head must turn freely for proper use.

*Note: The LOCTITE® 222™ cures to a solid state within 20 minutes but
takes 24 hours to fully cure. LOCITITE® is a trademark of Henkel
Corporation.
