IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read all instructions before using this appliance.
DANGER– To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1) Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water.
2) Do not use while bathing or in a shower.
WARNING– To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Do not operate under blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
2) Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
3) Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by Conair.
4) Never drop or insert any object into the product, except feet.
5) Do not use outdoors.
6) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
7) Spot clean only.
8) Do not use if cover of lining is damaged.
9) Keep your feet dry when using this product.

After your foot massage, you may turn the massager off by pushing the On/Off button again.
Use alkaline batteries only. If you are traveling or are not going to use the massaging feature for more than a
few days, remove the batteries.
CAUTIONS
This massager should not be used in the following cases: Tuberculosis, benign and malignant tumors, hemorrhages, inflammations of the skin, phlebitis and thrombosis, open and fresh wounds, bruises, broken skin or varicose veins, undetermined calf pain, or joint pain.
Consult your physician, if you have any therapeutic questions regarding use of this massager.
Do not use on any unexplained pain, or swollen muscles, or following a serious muscular injury, before consulting your physician.
Keep away from children.
Discontinue use of massage if pain increases or swelling occurs after application.
If you are pregnant, consult your phyician before using Massaging Slippers.
If you are taking any prescription medications, consult your physician before using Massaging Slippers.
RECOMMENDED MASSAGING TIMES
Generally, massage should last only 15 minutes on any one particular part of the body. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily as desired.
As metabolism varies among individuals, so does their response to massage. You will soon adjust the time to suit your particular needs and personal comfort. If you have any doubts regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your physician.
STORAGE:
When not in use, you should remove the batteries from your Conair Massaging Slippers and store them in safe, dry location out of reach of children.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your purchase of the Conair massaging slippers with arch support and flexible soles. These slippers require a total of 2 “AAA” batteries in order to use the massaging feature.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BATTERIES
• Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
• Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
• Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard(carbon-zinc), or rechargeable(nickel cadmium) batteries.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
• Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).
• Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time.
• Remove used batteries promptly.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
First, locate the battery compartment in each slipper by unzipping the fleece lining and pulling it back to reveal the battery compartment. Underneath, you will see a place for 1 “AAA” battery in each slipper.
Insert the battery so that the +/- terminals of the battery match the +/- markings in the battery compartment. Pull the cover back and close the zipper.
Place the slippers on your feet and locate the On/Off button on the side of the slipper. Press once to turn on massaging motor.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service centre listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $7.50 for postage and handling. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12 MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from province to province.
