Please carefully read the instructions for use below before using the appliance.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. To install the battery:
Open the battery compartment located on the back of the trimmer at the bottom. Slide the cover toward the end. Insert one AA 1.5V battery as indicated on the inside of the compartment. To replace the cover, line up the slots and slide it up until it ‘clicks’ into place. Using alkaline batteries ensures better performance and a longer life for the appliance. Remove the battery from the appliance if you will not be using it for long periods or if the battery is dead. This will help extend the life of the appliance.
2. To turn on:
Once the battery is in place, pull the protective cap off and turn the trimmer on by pushing the ON/OFF switch up into the ON position.
To eliminate undesirable nose and ear hairs
Gently insert trimmer head into the ear or nose and cut the hairs.
MAINTENANCE
Turn the appliance to «off» position. Remove the head of the appliance by turning it to the right, then lifting it up (Fig. 1). Remove the hairs accumulated on the head by blowing on them or using a small cleaning brush. It is also possible to rinse the head under running water (Fig. 2). However, the handle cannot be exposed to water. Make sure the head is thoroughly dry, then reassemble and turn the head to the left until the marks are aligned.Do not use the appliance in the shower or in the bath.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: the polyethylene bags over the product or its
packaging may be dangerous. Keep these bags out of the reach of babies and children. Never use them in cribs, children’s beds, pushchairs or playpens. The thin film may cling to the nose and mouth and prevent breathing. A bag is not a toy.
WARNING: do not use over or near washbasins, bathtubs, showers
or other containers with water. Store the unit in a dry place.
• Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use the unit if it has fallen or if it appears to be damaged.
• Do not leave the unit unattended when it is switched on.
• This unit is not intended for use by people (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by
persons who lack experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given instructions beforehand on the use
of the unit by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to make sure they do not treat the unit like a toy.
• Do not dispose of your products with your household waste.
• Use the return and collection systems available in your country.
Some materials can in this way be recycled or recovered.
RECYCLING CELLS
Before disposing of the unit, remove the cells and batteries and take them to a place intended for this purpose. Check beforehand that the cells and batteries are fully discharged.
