5. For quick touch-ups between shampoos, mist
hair to dampen it before styling with dryer.

6. When using your dryer to create curls and
waves, dry hair almost completely on a low
temperature setting, then finish styling by
switching to cool (which also operates with
the IONIZING FUNCTION). This will help
reduce static again, and shine hair for a
perfect finish.

Dryer is very effective, even at lower tempera­tures, and helps make hair healthier-looking,
shiny, more manageable with maximum styling
control.
Under humid conditions set the ajustable ion
control dial to “Humid” to combat static and
frizz. Under dry conditions set the ion dial to
“Dry” to control static and enhance shine. Un­der everyday conditions the ion control should
be set to “Normal”.

THE IONIZING FUNCTION generates a

cloud of negative ions that can:

• neutralize the generally positive charge on
flyaway, frizzy hair

• eliminate static electricity

CERAMIC TECHNOLOGY will keep

your hair healthy and shiny. It generates full
spectrum, infrared heat which works on

Cet appareil ne convient qu’à l’usage ménager.

Ne l’utiliser qu’avec un courant alternatif (60

Hz). Les sèche-cheveux ordinaires sont conçus

pour un secteur de 110 à 125 VCA.

Cet appareil est muni d’une fiche polarisée (une

lame est plus large que l’autre). Par sécurité,

la fiche ne convient que d’une façon dans une

prise polarisée. Si la fiche ne s’enfonce pas

complètement, inversez-la. Si elle ne convient

toujours pas, consultez un maître-électricien.

Ne tentez pas de contrer cette mesure de sé-

COIFFURE

Les meilleures coiffures commencent par une

bonne coupe bien entretenue. Traitez toujours

vos cheveux avec des shampooings, des revi-

talisants et des produits de coiffure de qualité

supérieure.

PRINCIPES DE BASE

1. Faire un shampooing et revitaliser les cheveux

avec les produits de son choix. Éponger avec

une serviette pour enlever l’excédent

d’humidité puis séparer les cheveux.

2. Réglez la commande ajustable sur les ions

pour mettre le générateur en marche; des

nuages d’ions à charge négative aideront à

réduire l’électrostatique, contrôler les frisettes

et rendre les cheveux plus lustrés.

3. Le sèche-cheveux possède plusieurs réglages

grâce à ses 3 vitesses et 3 températures et le

jet d’air frais, donnant le choix d’une

puissance élevée pour un volume maximal ou

d’un réglage faible et frais pour figer la

coiffure. Dans tous les cas, on peut utiliser la

fonction d’ions pour un contrôle maximal et

des cheveux lustrés, faciles à coiffer.

This appliance is intended for household use
only. Use on Alternating Current (60 hertz) only.
Standard Dryers are designed to operate at 110
to 125 volts A.C.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). As a safety feature,
this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,

DRYING BASICS

Par temps humide, réglez le cadran à ions sur

« Humid » pour combattre l’électrostatique et

les frisettes. Par temps sec, réglez le cadran

sur « Dry » pour contrôler l’électrostatique et

rehausser le lustre.

Dans des conditions normales, laissez le cadran

sur « Normal ».
