IDEAL FOR OUTDOOR AND INDOOR GRILLING, OVEN ROASTS AND MICROWAVE COOKING
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
• Select either Celsius C˚ or Fahrenheit F˚ by pressing the button found at the back of the fork.
• Press “MEAT” button repeatedly, until the red light indicates the desired meat.
• Probe fork into the thickest part of the meat or poultry. Try and avoid touching the bone or fatty area.
• For an accurate reading – ensure both tips of the probe are halfway into the meat.
• HOLD into position and wait 6 -10 seconds to heat the probe fully.
• By selecting “TASTE” you can now also accurately monitor the level of cooking you want eg: selecting BEEF, and MEDIUM – when the meat reaches the desired temperature required for a medium beef,
you will hear a continuous beeping sound and the digital display will be flashing.
BATTERIES:
• To insert batteries, open cover at back of handle.
• Insert two AAA batteries as per the (+), (-) polarity signs indicated.
• To turn on – press the MEAT button and you will hear a short beep.

pRE-DETERMINED TEMpERATURE SETTINGS
GENERAL CARE:
• Do not touch the stainless steel portion of the fork during or right after checking the meat – IT MAY BE HOT.
• This fork is not waterproof. Do not immerse in water.
• To clean – wipe the stainless steel portion of the fork with a damp, soapy cloth and dry.
• Do not expose the fork probes to extreme high or low temperatureit will damage the electronics.
• Remove batteries if stored for more than 3 months without use.
AUTO SHUT OFF:
This fork will automatically shut off if no buttons are pushed within 10 minutes.
CAUTION: FORK ENDS ARE SHARp. KEEp OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
