No sound can be heard from the CIBS Neck Loop unless you use the
hearing aid/CI in the T or MT setting, the neck loop is around the neck,
or you are using the earbuds/headset.
The functions of CIBS Audio
Sends wireless sound from TV/Radio, etc. via the Audiostreamer to the
CIBS Neck Loop. You can choose between 4 different audio sources on
the Audiostreamer. You can also receive an alert from your alerting
system if this emits sound and is connected to the Audiostreamer. The
alert is given highest priority and will overrule all other audio sources.
Charging the CIBS Neck Loop
Make sure the CIBS Neck Loop is fully charged before you use it.
You can charge the CIBS Neck Loop in the following ways:
Through the Audiostreamer•
Directly from a computer by USB cable (accessory)•
Through the cable from the power supply (accessory)•
During charging, the Battery indicator light

will flash red.
When the CIBS Neck Loop is fully charged the Battery indicator light

will be illuminated solid blue.
When the battery is low the Battery indicator light

will blink red and
you will hear a sound signal from the CIBS Neck Loop.
