1. Introduction
Your unit is designed so it can be flush mounted on the or used. When flush mounted on the wall, the stand permils you to the unit for an gular of unit view. 2. Important Safeguards

Installation
WDR-244DS : Connect 2 wires from a DC 12V Adaptor to 5 in Pic. 1-2 (non-polarity). WDC-244L : Connect DC 5.0V Adaptor to 7 in Pic. 1-1. Press 3 Paging button. If WDC-244L and WDR-244DS are placed too close to each other, it may cause a hauling
sound.
Pairing
WDR-244DS
Press the paging button for 5 seconds or longer until you hear the sound of a single beep. WDR-244DS is now in pairing mode.
WDC-244L
After connecting an adaptor, slide 5power switch to turn on the device. Press the paging button For 5 seconds or longer until you hear the sound of a single beep. WDC-244L is now in pairing mode. WDC-244L and WDR-244DS will be paired as both devices are in pairing mode. As a double beep sounds the pairing is completed.
Initializing the pairing
WDR-244DS Turn the power off by unplugging the adaptor. Turn the power back on and press the paging button for 5 seconds until you hear the sound of a single beep. Press the paging button

again for 5 seconds until you hear the sound of a triple beep which indicates the pairing is now ini­tialized.
WDC-244L Turn the power off by sliding the 5power switch located at the bottom of the device. While pressing both 4Select button and 3Paging button, turn the power back on. The red LED is now blinking rap­idly by period of 0.1 second to indicate WDC-244L is now in initializing mode. Press 6Volume switch to set a factory default mode. WDC-244L with the sound of a triple beep to indicate it is now in facto­ry default setting.
Paging and Talking
Press the paging button on WDR-244DS to page all the WDC-244L devices that are paired with this
device indicated by LED (blinking slowly).
As any one of the paired WDC-244L devices is answered, the paging tone stops and connection is
made. All other paired WDC-244L devices are now in standby mode indicated by LED (blinking rap­idly).
To hang up, press the paging button on WDR-244DS or WDC-244L.
if none of WDC-244L devices answered the paging from WDR-244DS the paging sounds for 30 sec-
onds and all devices go in to standby mode.
The allowed time for talking mode is 3 minutes set by factory default settings.

Paging Volume Adjustment
In standby mode, press the 6Volume switch at the bottom of WDC-244L to adjust the paging volume. It can be adjusted by three levels (low-normal-high) by pressing the button consecutively. If no input for 3 seconds, the device goes back to standby mode.
Call Volume Adjustment
While talking, press 6Volume switch at the bottom of WDC-244L to adjust the call volume. It can be adjusted by three levels (low-normal-high) by pressing the button consecutively. If no input for 3 sec­onds, the device goes back to talking mode.
Door Release
While talking, press the 4Select button to release the door striker connected to WDR-244DS (the releasing relay is on for 1 second and off).
Line Busy Notice
Busy notice of a triple beep is enabled if 2 units of WDR-244DS are installed and one is in talking mode with one of WDC-244L devices. If the paging button of any of the paired WDC-244L devices, a triple beep will sound to indicate the line is busy.
