1. Warnings and caution

Working Instruction

3-1 What you should know

- DR-2GS is designated door phone only applicable for guard station of CDS-2AG, which has the
version of 3.2 or above

- Power source is from the guard station which uses DC 24V

3-2. Call to Guard station

When call button is on, calling to guard station with chime sound

ྙ
ྚ Once guard station receives a call, voice communication will be started.
ྛ During the call, call pause can be requested from guard station.

- During call waiting, when Blue Led is on the Red Led blinks.

- Call waiting will be released within 3 minutes when there is no call in guard station.

ྜ When call from guard station call waiting mode will be finished. (Then, the door open operation

is executed in the guard station)

ྙ You can call househol d unit when you press SP.P
DR-2GS to guard station.

- At this time, led of ‘SELECT 4’ switch is turned on and DR-2GS that is called is stored.

- However, if another number is already stored in ‘SELECT 4’, DR-2GS that is called newly is stored

ྚ Press building/household unit number and call.
ྛ When you finish the calling a household unit please, take down the receiver (HOOK ON)

then, pick up the receiver (HOOK OFF) and press 'SELECT 4'. Finally, you will see the number
that is called to DR-2GS.

ྜ When you press paging button (#) calling and door opening will be activated.

3-4. ID Setting

- Up to 3 units can be added. The setting can be made in a guard station.

- If ID is duplicated, it may not operate properly.

ྙ Call the guard station.
ྚ After you pick up the receiver, and then press the remote control button.
ྛ 0101 -> Building (*) button -> 99XX (Input ID in XX sections) -> Paging (#) button
ྜ If there is other extension, proceed in the same way.
