Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das COMfortel C-400 ist ein Standard-VoIP-Telefon, das in einem lokalen Netzwerk (LAN)
betrieben werden kann. Das Telefon kann 3 SIP-Accounts verwalten.
Das Telefon ist schnurgebunden und für den Betrieb in geschlossenen, trockenen Räumen
vorgesehen.
Sie können direkt über die Basiseinheit oder über die herausnehmbaren schnurlosen DECTMikrofone telefonieren (Freisprechen).

Konformitätserklärung
Dieses Gerät entspricht den grundlegenden Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und
Umweltanforderungen aller relevanten europäischen Richtlinien. Die Konformitätserklärung
kann im Internet eingesehen werden.
Garantiebedingungen
1. Die Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG, Vor den Grashöfen 1, 38162 Cremlingen, Germany, gewährt als Hersteller auf dieses Produkt 24
Monate Herstellergarantie ab Kaufdatum.
2. Dies bedeutet für Sie als Verbraucher: Wir garantieren, dass unsere Geräte bei der Übergabe fehlerfrei sind und sorgen 24 Monate ab
diesem Datum für eine kostenlose Reparatur oder liefern kostenfrei Ersatz, falls ein Herstellungsfehler auftritt und verzichten auf den durch
Sie als Verbraucher zu führenden Nachweis wie bei der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung, dass dieser Fehler zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe
schon vorhanden war. Bei der Reparatur oder der Ersatzlieferung verwenden wir entweder neue oder neuwertige Teile. Dem Gerät evtl.
entnommene Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über und dürfen vernichtet werden.
3. Neben dieser Garantie stehen dem Kunden in vollem Umfang die gesetzlichen Rechte aus der Mängelgewährleistung auf der Grundlage
des Kaufvertrages gegenüber dem Lieferanten zu. Die gesetzliche Mängelgewährleistung betrifft aber im Gegensatz zu unserer
Herstellergarantie nur die Beschaffenheit zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs (Übergabe).
4. Sie können diese Garantie nur in Anspruch nehmen, wenn Sie das fehlerhafte Gerät mit einem eindeutigen Kaufbeleg (Rechnung oder
Kassenbeleg) auf Ihre Kosten an die Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG bzw. außerhalb Deutschlands an unseren Generalimporteur oder
Distributor vor Ort einsenden. Fügen Sie dieser Einsendung bitte eine ausführliche Fehlerbeschreibung bei und geben Sie bitte auch für
eventuelle Nachfragen Ihre Telefonnummer an. Um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, sorgen Sie bitte für eine geeignete
Transportverpackung (z. B. Originalverpackung mit Umkarton).
5. Ausgeschlossen von der Herstellergarantie sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, Bedienungsfehler, Missbrauch,
äußere Einflüsse, Blitzschlag/Überspannung, Veränderungen des Produkts sowie Anbauten entstehen. Des Weiteren ausgeschlossen
sind Verschleißteile (z. B. Batterien, Sicherungen, Akkus, Speicherkarten), sowie durch Verschleißteile entstandene Schäden (z. B. durch

Erstinbetriebnahme
Dieser Abschnitt beschreibt die Inbetriebnahme an einer Auerswald/Fontevo TK-Anlage. Bei
Inbetriebnahme über einen VoIP-Anbieter oder an einer anderen TK-Anlage sind andere als
die im Folgenden beschriebenen Voraussetzungen erforderlich.
Voraussetzungen:
• VoIP-fähige Ethernet-Verbindung
• Kenntnis der IP-Adresse der TK-Anlage
• DHCP-Server im Netzwerk
• An der TK-Anlage eingerichtete interne Rufnummer
• Kenntnis des an der TK-Anlage vergebenen Passworts der internen Rufnummer

Anschluss
Schließen Sie das Telefon wie in der folgenden Abbildung gezeigt an.
Inbetriebnahme der Mikrofon-Akkus (4x)
Erstinbetriebnahme
1. Drücken Sie auf dem Mikrofon, um dieses aus der Basis herauszunehmen.
Entfernen Sie die Akkuabdeckung.
2. Verbinden Sie den Akkustecker mit dem Sockel im Mikrofon. Legen Sie den Akku in das
Fach ein.
3. Schließen Sie die Akkuabdeckung und legen Sie das Mikrofon zurück in die Basis.
Hinweis: Laden Sie den Akku vor dem ersten Gebrauch mindestens für 16 Stunden in der
Basis auf. Der Akku ist vollständig geladen, wenn die LED am Mikrofon von orange
(Ladevorgang) auf rot gewechselt hat.

Erstinbetriebnahme
Ersteinrichtung am Telefon
1. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Sprache unter MENU > User settings > Preferences >
Language.
2. Wählen Sie MENU > Admin-Einst.
3. Schalten Sie den Softkey 123 durch einmaliges Drücken in abc um.
4. Geben Sie das Passwort „admin“ ein und wählen Sie Eingabe.
5. Wählen Sie Account > Account 1.
6. Geben Sie unter Benutzer-ID und Authent.-ID die an der TK-Anlage vergebene interne
Rufnummer für das Gerät ein.
7. Geben Sie unter Passwort das an der TK-Anlage vergebene Passwort der internen
Rufnummer ein.
8. Geben Sie unter SIP-Server und Registrar jeweils die IP-Adresse der TK-Anlage ein
(*-Taste für den Punkt verwenden).
9. Wählen Sie unter Registrieren die Option Ja und anschließend Sichern.
Ersteinrichtung über den Konfigurationsmanager
Voraussetzungen:
• PC mit min. Bildschirmauflösung: 1024 x 768.
• Empfohlene Browser (aktuelle Version): Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.
• Bestehende Netzwerkverbindung zwischen dem PC und dem Gerät.
1. Wählen Sie am Gerät MENU > Status > Netzwerk, um die vom DHCP-Server
vergebene IP-Adresse des Geräts zu notieren.
2. Geben Sie im Browser die IP-Adresse des Geräts ein.
3. Geben Sie unter Benutzername und Passwort jeweils „admin“ ein.
4. Wählen Sie im Konfigurationsmanager den Reiter System, dort Preferences > Language. Wählen Sie unter WEBUI Language und Phone Language die gewünschte
Sprache.
5. Wählen Sie SIP-Account-Management > Account 1 > Account aktivieren.
6. Geben Sie unter Benutzername und Authentifizierungsname die an der TK-Anlage
vergebene interne Rufnummer für das Gerät ein.
7. Geben Sie unter Authentifizierungspasswort das an der TK-Anlage vergebene
Passwort der internen Rufnummer ein.
8. Geben Sie unter SIP-Server und Registrar jeweils die IP-Adresse der TK-Anlage ein
und wählen Sie Speichern.

The COMfortel C-400 is a standard VoIP telephone that can be used in a local network
(LAN). The telephone can manage 3 SIP accounts.
The telephone is not cordless, and is intended for use in closed, dry rooms.

microphones (hands-free calling).

within 24 months of the delivery date we will repair or replace the device free of charge without you, as the consumer, having to provide
the usual legally required proof that this fault was present when you received the device. We either use new parts or parts in mint condition
for the repair or replacement delivery. Any parts removed from the device become our property and can be destroyed by us.

Initial Commissioning
3. In addition to this warranty, you have the unlimited legal right to claim against the supplier on the basis of the terms of the warranty for
defects on the basis of the purchase contract. However, in contrast to our Manufacturer's Warranty, the legal warranty for defects only
applies to the device's state when sold (handover).
4. You can only claim against this warranty if you return the faulty device to Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG or our local general importer or
distributor, outside Germany, at your own cost, with a valid proof of purchase (invoice or till receipt). When you return it to us, please provide
a detailed description of the fault that has occurred, and also tell us your telephone number, in case we need to contact you. To prevent
shipping damage, provide suitable transport packaging (e.g. original packaging with a secondary shipping box).
5. The Manufacturer's Warranty excludes damage caused by mishandling, operating errors, misuse, external influences, lightning strikes/
power surges, modifications to the product and extensions. Also excluded are wearing parts (e.g. batteries, fuses, rechargeable batteries
and memory cards) and damage caused by wearing parts (e.g. if batteries go flat). Shipping damage, consequential damage, and costs
arising from down times and travel times are also excluded.
6. The warranty is cancelled if repairs are carried out by unauthorised agents.
Initial Commissioning
This section describes how to commission the device on an Auerswald/Fontevo PBX.
Commissioning using a VoIP provider or on a different PBX involves a different set of
requirements from those listed below.
Requirements:
• VoIP-enabled Ethernet connection
• You need to know the IP address of the PBX
• DHCP server in the network
• An internal number is configured on the PBX
• You need to know the password assigned on the PBX for the internal phone number
Connection
Connect the telephone as shown in the figure.

Initial Commissioning
Bringing the Microphone Rechargeable Batteries (4x) into Use
1. Press on the microphone to remove it from the base unit. Remove the battery cover.
2. Connect the battery plug to the socket in the microphone. Insert the battery in the
compartment.
3. Close the battery cover and replace the microphone in the base unit.
Note: Charge the battery in the base unit for at least 16 hours before using the device for
the first time. When the battery is fully charged, the LED on the microphone changes from
orange (charging) to red.
Initial Setup on the Telephone
1. Select the required language by pressing MENU > User Settings > Preferences >
Language.
2. Select MENU > Admin settings
3. Press the 123 soft key once, to switch it to abc.
4. Enter the password, which is "admin", and select Enter.
5. Select Account > Account 1.
6. Enter the internal number assigned to this device on the PBX in the entry field under
User ID and Auth ID.
7. Then, enter the password assigned to this internal phone number on the PBX under
Password.
8. In the entry fields under SIP Server an d Registrar, enter the IP address for the PBX (use
the * key for the full stop).
9. Under Register, select the Yes option and then the Save option.
Initial Setup Using the Configuration Manager
Requirements:
• PC with this min. screen resolution: 1024 x 768.
• Recommended browsers (current version): Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.
• An existing network connection between the PC and the device.

Initial Commissioning
1. Select MENU > Status > Network on the device to record the IP address that was
assigned to the device by the DHCP server.
2. Enter the device's IP address in the browser.
3. Enter "admin" as the User name and also as the Password.
4. In the Configuration Manager, select the System tab and then select Preferences >
Language. Select the required language from the list under WEBUI Language and
Phone Language.

Πρώτη θέση σε λειτουργία
Οι συσσωρευτές πρέπει να είναι πλήρως εκφορτισμένοι πριν από την απόρριψη
(άδειοι/χωρίς τάση)! Πρέπει να παραδίδονται στα σημεία συλλογής χρησιμοποιημένων
μπαταριών.
Δήλωση συμμόρφωσης
Αυτή η συσκευή συμμορφώνεται με τις βασικές απαιτήσεις υγείας, ασφαλείας και
περιβάλλοντος όλων των σχετικών ευρωπαϊκών οδηγιών. Μπορείτε να δείτε τη δήλωση
συμμόρφωσης στο διαδίκτυο.
Όροι παροχής εγγύησης
1. Η Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG, Vor den Grashöfen 1, 38162 Cremlingen, Germany, παρέχει ως κατασκευαστής αυτού του προϊόντος
εγγύηση κατασκευαστή 24 μηνών από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
2. Για εσάς ως καταναλωτή αυτό σημαίνει: Εγγυόμαστε ότι οι συσκευές μας είναι απαλλαγμένες από σφάλματα κατά την παράδοση και
εξασφαλίζουμε 24 μήνες από αυτήν την ημερομηνία δωρεάν επισκευή ή δωρεάν αντικατάσταση, σε περίπτωση σφάλματος κατασκευής
και παραιτούμαστε από το αποδεικτικό που πρέπει να υποβληθεί από εσάς ως καταναλωτή, σύμφωνα με τη νόμιμη εγγύηση, σχετικά με
το ότι αυτό το σφάλμα υπήρχε ήδη το χρονικό σημείο της παράδοσης. Κατά την επισκευή ή την παράδοση της αντικατάστασης
χρησιμοποιούμε είτε καινούργια είτε ανακατασκευασμένα μέρη. Τα μέρη που ενδεχομένως θα αφαιρεθούν από τη συσκευή περνούν στην
ιδιοκτησία μας και επιτρέπεται να καταστραφούν.
3. Εκτός από την παρούσα εγγύηση ο πελάτης δικαιούται πλήρως τα νόμιμα δικαιώματα, όπως προκύπτουν από την εγγύηση περί
ελαττωμάτων βάσει της σύμβασης αγοράς απέναντι στον προμηθευτή. Η νόμιμη εγγύηση περί ελαττωμάτων αφορά ωστόσο σε αντίθεση
με τη δική μας εγγύηση κατασκευαστή μόνο την κατάσταση κατά το χρονικό σημείο της πώλησης (παράδοση).
4. Μπορείτε να επωφεληθείτε της παρούσας εγγύησης μόνο αν στείλετε την ελαττωματική συσκευή μαζί με μια σαφή απόδειξη αγοράς
(τιμολόγιο ή απόδειξη) με δικά σας έξοδα στην Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG ή εκτός Γερμανίας σε δικό μας γενικό εισαγωγέα ή τοπικό
διανομέα. Στην αποστολή συμπεριλάβετε λεπτομερή περιγραφή του σφάλματος και δηλώστε και τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου σας για
ενδεχόμενες περαιτέρω ερωτήσεις. Για να αποφύγετε ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά, χρησιμοποιήστε κατάλληλη συσκευασία μεταφοράς (π. χ.
η αρχική συσκευασία μαζί με εξωτερικό χαρτόνι).
5. Από την εγγύηση κατασκευαστή εξαιρούνται οι ζημιές που προκαλούνται από ακατάλληλο χειρισμό, σφάλματα χειρισμού, εσφαλμένη
χρήση, εξωτερικές επιρροές, αστραπές/υπέρταση, μετατροπές στο προϊόν, καθώς και επεκτάσεις. Επιπλέον, εξαιρούνται τα εξαρτήματα
φθοράς (π. χ. μπαταρίες, ασφάλειες, συσσωρευτές, κάρτες αποθήκευσης), καθώς και οι ζημιές που προκαλούνται από εξαρτήματα φθοράς
(π.χ. λό γω διαρροής των μπατ αριών) . Επίσης, εξ αιρούνται οι ζη μιές κατά τη μεταφορά, οι επακόλουθες ζημιές, τα κόστη αστοχιών και των
διαστημάτων μετακινήσεων.
6. Η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει όταν οι επισκευές εκτελούνται από μη εξουσιοδοτημένα άτομα.
Πρώτη θέση σε λειτουργία
Αυτή η ενότητα περιγράφει την έναρξη λειτουργίας σε ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο Auerswald/
Fontevo. Κατά την έναρξη λειτουργίας μέσω ενός παρόχου VoIP ή σε άλλο τηλεφωνικό
κέντρο, απαιτούνται και άλλες προϋποθέσεις εκτός από αυτές που περιγράφονται
παρακάτω.
Προϋποθέσεις:
• VoIP με δυνατότητα σύνδεσης Ethernet
• Γνώση της διεύθυνσης IP του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
• Διακομιστής DHCP στο δίκτυο
• Eσωτερικός αριθμός κλήσης που έχει ρυθμιστεί στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο
• Γνώση του κωδικού πρόσβασης του εσωτερικού αριθμού κλήσης που έχει εκχωρηθεί στο
τηλεφωνικό κέντρο
Συνδέστε το τηλέφωνο, όπως παρουσιάζεται στην παρακάτω εικόνα.
Έναρξη λειτουργίας των συσσωρευτών μικροφώνου (4x)
1. Πιέστε πάνω στο μικρόφωνο για να το αφαιρέσετε από τη βάση. Απομακρύνετε το
κάλυμμα του συσσωρευτή.
2. Συνδέστε το φις του συσσωρευτή στην υποδοχή μέσα στο μικρόφωνο. Τοποθετήστε τον
συσσωρευτή στη θήκη.
3. Κλείστε το κάλυμμα του συσσωρευτή και τοποθετήστε το μικρόφωνο πίσω στη βάση.
Υπόδειξη: Πριν από την πρώτη χρήση φορτίστε τον συσσωρευτή για τουλάχιστον
16 ώρες στη βάση. Ο συσσωρευτής είναι πλήρως φορτισμένος, όταν η λυχνία LED στο
μικρόφωνο αλλάξει από πορτοκαλί χρώμα (διαδικασία φόρτισης) σε κόκκινο χρώμα.

Πρώτη θέση σε λειτουργία
Αρχική ρύθμιση του τηλεφώνου
1. Επιλέξτε την επιθυμητή γλώσσα στο MENU > User settings > Preferences >
Language.
2. Επιλέξτε MENU > Ρυθμίσ Διαχειρ
3. Θέστε το προγραμματιζόμενο πλήκτρο 123 στη θέση abc πατώντας το μία φορά.
4. Καταχωρίστε τον κωδικό πρόσβασης "admin" και επιλέξτε Εισάγετε.
5. Επιλέξτε Γραμμή > Γραμμή 1.
6. Καταχωρίστε στο ID χρήστη και στο Auth ID τον εσωτερικό αριθμό κλήσης που έχει
εκχωρηθεί στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για τη συσκευή.
7. Καταχωρίστε στο Κωδικός πρόσβασης τον κωδικό πρόσβασης του εσωτερικού
αριθμού κλήσης που έχει εκχωρηθεί στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για τη συσκευή.
8. Καταχωρίστε στο SIP διακομιστή και στο Καταχωρητής τις εκάστοτε διευθύνσεις IP
του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου (χρησιμοποιήστε το πλήκτρο * για την τελεία).
9. Επιλέξτε στο Καταχωρηση την επιλογή Ναί και στη συνέχεια Εκτός.
Αρχική ρύθμιση μέσω του προγράμματος διαχείρισης διαμόρφωσης
Προϋποθέσεις:
• Υπολογιστής με ελάχ. ανάλυση οθόνης: 1024 x 768.
• Προτεινόμενο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης (τρέχουσα έκδοση): Mozilla Firefox, Google
Chrome.
• Υπάρχουσα σύνδεση δικτύου μεταξύ του υπολογιστή και της συσκευής.
1. Επιλέξτε στη συσκευή MENU > Κατάσταση > Δίκτυο, για να σημειώσετε τη διεύθυνση
IP της συσκευής που εκχωρείται από τον διακομιστή DHCP.
2. Καταχωρίστε στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης τη διεύθυνση IP της συσκευής.
3. Καταχωρίστε "admin" κάθε φορά στο Όνομα χρήστη και στο Κωδικός.
4. Στο πρόγραμμα διαχείρισης διαμόρφωσης επιλέξτε την καρτέλα System, εκεί
Preferences > Language. Επιλέξτε στο WEBUI Language και στο Phone Language
την επιθυμητή γλώσσα.

nous nous engageons, pour une période de 24 mois suivant cette date, à effectuer une réparation ou à livrer une pièce de rechange sans
coûts supplémentaires dans le cas où un défaut de fabrication serait constaté, et que nous renonçons à exiger de vous, en qualité de client,
la présentation d’une preuve de présence du défaut à la livraison comme ceci est généralement le cas dans le respect de la garantie légale.
Lors de la réparation ou de la livraison de la pièce de rechange, nous utilisons des pièces neuves ou des pièces à l’état neuf. Le cas
échéant, les pièces retirées de l’appareil nous appartiennent et peuvent être détruites.
3. En plus de cette garantie, le client dispose pleinement des droits relatifs à la garantie légale de conformité sur la base du contrat de
vente conclu avec le distributeur/revendeur qui lui sont conférés par la loi. La garantie légale de conformité ne concerne que la qualité de
la marchandise au moment de la vente (transfert), contrairement à notre garantie fabricant.
4. Vous ne pouvez faire valoir cette garantie que lorsque vous envoyez à vos frais l’appareil défectueux accompagné d’une preuve d’achat
(facture ou ticket de caisse) à Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG ou, hors d’Allemagne, à notre importateur général ou distributeur sur place.
Veuillez joindre à cet envoi une description détaillée du défaut ainsi que votre numéro de téléphone afin que nous puissions vous contacter
au besoin. Afin d’éviter tout dommage lors du transport, veuillez vous assurer que l’appareil est placé dans un emballage adapté (par ex.
emballage original placé dans un carton).
5. Les dommages résultant d’une utilisation non conforme, d’erreurs de manipulation, d’une utilisation abusive, d’influences extérieures,
de la foudre/d’une surtension, d’une modification du produit et d’ajouts, sont exclus de la garantie fabricant. Les pièces d’usure sont
également exclues de la garantie (par ex. piles, fusibles, batteries, cartes mémoires), tout comme les dommages résultant des pièces

Raccordez le téléphone comme représenté sur l’illustration suivante.
Activation du pack accu du microphone (4 accus)
Première mise en service
1. Appuyez sur sur le microphone pour retirer le pack accu de la base. Retirez le
couvercle du pack accu.
2. Raccordez le connecteur du pack accu à la prise du microphone. Insérez le pack accu
dans le compartiment.
3. Refermez le couvercle du pack accu et replacez le microphone dans la base.
Remarque: Avant la première utilisation, chargez le pack accu pendant 16 heures au
moins sur la base. Le pack est complètement chargé quand la LED sur le microphone
passe d’orange (processus de charge) à rouge.
1. Sélectionnez la langue souhaitée sous MENU > User settings > Preferences >
Language.
2. Sélectionnez MENU > Réglages admin.
3. Basculez la touche programmable 123 en abc par une pression unique.
4. Indiquez « admin » comme mot de passe et sélectionnez Entrer.
5. Sélectionnez Compte > Compte 1.
6. Sous ID utilisateur et ID authentif., indiquez le numéro d’appel interne attribué dans le
système de télécommunication pour l’appareil.
7. Sous Mot de passe, indiquez le mot de passe du numéro d’appel interne attribué dans
le système de télécommunication.
8. Sous Serveur SIP et Registre, indiquez pour chacun l’adresse IP du système de
télécommunication (utiliser la touche * pour le point).
9. Sous Enregistrer, sélectionnez l’option Oui puis Sauver.
Première configuration par le gestionnaire de configuration

l’appareil attribuée par le serveur DHCP.
2. Indiquez l’adresse IP de l’appareil dans le navigateur.

Il telefono è collegato via cavo e progettato per essere utilizzato in locali chiusi e asciutti.
Per telefonare è possibile utilizzare direttamente l’unità di base o i microfoni DECT senza fili

1. In qualità di produttore, Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG, 38162 Cremlingen, Germany, 38162 Cremlingen, Germania, concede su questo
prodotto 24 mesi di garanzia del produttore a partire dalla data di acquisto.
2. Per il consumatore questo significa che: garantiamo la consegna di dispositivi privi di difetti e provvediamo alla loro riparazione o
sostituzione gratuita qualora emerga un difetto di produzione per 24 mesi a partire dalla data di consegna. Facciamo a meno della prova
che il consumatore deve fornire ai sensi della garanzia di legge a dimostrazione che il difetto era già presente al momento della consegna.
Per la riparazione o la fornitura sostitutiva utilizziamo componenti nuovi o come nuovi. I componenti eventualmente rimossi dal dispositivo

messa in funzione da parte di un provider VoIP o in un altro centralino sono previsti requisiti
diversi da quelli descritti di seguito.

• conoscenza dell’indirizzo IP del centralino
• server DHCP nella rete
• numero di telefono interno configurato nel centralino

1. Premere sul microfono per estrarlo dalla base. Rimuovere la copertura
dell’accumulatore.
2. Collegare il connettore dell’accumulatore all’apposito attacco del microfono. Inserire
l’accumulatore nel vano.
3. Chiudere la copertura dell’accumulatore e reinserire il microfono nella base.
Nota: Prima del primo utilizzo caricare l’accumulatore per almeno 16 ore nell’apposita
base. L’accumulatore è completamente carico quando il LED sul microfono passa dal
colore arancione (caricamento in corso) al colore rosso.
