Zielwahltasten
einrichten

Die Funktionstasten neben dem Beschriftungsschild sind pro­grammierbare Tasten z. B. für Zielwahl oder die Bedienung von
Telefonfunktionen. Mit jeder Taste stehen Ihnen zwei Ebenen für
die Belegung mit Funktionen zur Verfügung.

Die LED zeigt den Status der Funktion der ersten Ebene an.
Um die Funktion auf der ersten Ebene durchzuführen, drücken

Sie die Taste einmal. Um die Funktion auf der zweiten Ebene
durchzuführen, drücken Sie die Taste zweimal (Doppelklick) oder
drücken Sie die Shift-Taste (mit der Funktion „Shift“ belegte
Funktionstaste) und anschließend die Taste einmal.

Wenn Sie bei Systemtelefonbetrieb Zielwahltasten für interne
Teilnehmer der TK-Anlage einrichten, geben Ihnen die zugehöri­gen LEDs Auskunft über den Belegt- oder Aktivitätszustand der
betreffenden Teilnehmer. Außerdem können Sie die Funktionen
Pick-up und Rückfrage mit diesen Tasten besonders komfortabel
durchführen. 1. Pick-up für den gespeicherten Teilnehmer: Wenn
LED rot blinkt, Zielwahltaste drücken. 2. Rückfrage an den
gespeicherten Teilnehmer: Im Gespräch Zielwahltaste drücken.

Der Menüführung folgen Tippen Sie auf die Symbole und Menübezeichnungen im Display

zum Ausführen der angezeigten Funktionen.
Die Texte und Symbole im Display ändern sich bei einer Aktion

und zeigen die im aktuellen Zustand möglichen Funktionen an.

Blättern / Tippen Sie auf / zum Blättern durch das Menü. Während

eines Rufes/Gespräches wird die jeweils ausgewählte Funktion
in der unteren Displayzeile angezeigt.

Menü öffnen Tippen Sie auf das jeweilige Symbol oder die Menübezeichnung

zum Öffnen des Menüs.

Zurück Tippen Sie auf zum Zurückkehren zur vorhergehenden

Menüebene.

Ändern / Tippen Sie auf oder die Menübezeichnung zum Ändern der

Einstellung (nur eine Auswahl möglich, markiert die aktuelle
Einstellung).

/ Tippen Sie auf / oder die Menübezeichnung zum Aktivie-

ren/Deaktivieren der Auswahl (mehrere möglich).

Menüs:
Im Menü Funktionen können Sie Funktionen der TK-Anlage und

des Telefons (z. B. Rufumleitung und Telefonschloss) direkt ein­/ausschalten bzw. ausführen.

(z. B. Versionen, aufgelaufene Gebühren und Status einiger
wichtiger Funktionen/Einstellungen). Sie können keine Änderun­gen durchführen.

Im Menü Tasten belegen können Sie die programmierbaren
Funktionstasten mit Funktionen der TK-Anlage und des Telefons
(z. B. Rufumleitung und Zielwahl) belegen.

Im Menü Einstellungen können Sie das Telefon einrichten.
Im Menü Anrufbeantworter können Sie den Anrufbeantworter

einrichten und bedienen.

Lautsprechertaste das Lauthören ein. Um stattdessen das Frei­sprechen einzuschalten, müssen Sie die Taste 2 Sekunden
gedrückt halten (anschließend können Sie den Hörer auflegen).

Save functions and
telephone numbers

The function keys next to the lettering label are programmable
keys, e.g. to assign speed dial numbers or operate telephone fun­ctions. Each key has two levels that can be assigned functions.
The LED shows the status of the function on the first level.

In order to carry out the function on the first level, press the key
once. In order to carry out the function on the second level, press
the key twice (double-click) or press the Shift key (using the fun­ction key assigned to the “second level” function), and then press
the key once.

If you configure speed dialling keys for internal subscribers of the
PBX for system telephone operation, the corresponding LEDs
show information about the busy or activity state of the corres­ponding subscribers. In addition, it is especially convenient to
carry out the pick-up and query call functions using these keys.

1. Pick-up for the saved subscriber: if the LED is blinking red,
press the speed dialling key.

2. Query call to the saved subscriber: during the call, press the
speed dialling key.

Open menus With the menu key, you can open the main menu which contains

the following menus:
In the functions menu, you can activate/deactivate or execute

functions in the PBX and the telephone (for example, Call forwar­ding and the telephone lock).

The information menu is only used to display information
(for example, versions, accumulated charges and the status of
certain important functions/settings). No changes can be made
here.

In the define keys menu, you can assign functions on the PBX
and the telephone to programmable function keys (for example,
Call forwarding and Speed dialling).

In the settings menu, you can configure the telephone.
In the answer.machine menu, you can configure and operate

the answering machine.
In the diagnosis menu, you can carry out the diagnosis of ISDN

lines and services (e.g. line check (BERT)).
In the voice mailbox menu, you can configure and operate the

voice mailbox in the PBX.

The LED of the key blinks red as soon as loudspeaker listening
is switched on.

Press the loudspeaker key to initiate calls without picking up the
receiver (hands-free calling) and to terminate them.

Press the loudspeaker key to activate loudspeaker listening
during a call which has been set up. To activate hands-free cal­ling instead, you need to hold down the key for 2 seconds (sub­sequently, you can hang up the receiver).

Open the redial list Press the redial key to open the redial list, which contains the

telephone numbers dialled last.
To dial a telephone number, scroll to the required entry and pick

up the receiver.

Initiate a query call Press the Query key to initiate a query call or transfer a call

during a conversation.

Las teclas de función situadas junto a las etiquetas rotulables
son teclas que se pueden programar por ejemplo para la marca­ción rápida o el manejo de las funciones del teléfono. Con cada
tecla dispone de dos niveles para la asignación de funciones.

El LED muestra el estado de la función del primer nivel.
Para ejecutar la función del primer nivel pulse la tecla una vez.

Para ejecutar la función del segundo nivel pulse la tecla dos
veces (doble clic) o pulse la tecla Shift (tecla de función a la que
se ha asignado la función "Shift") y a continuación la tecla una
vez.

Si configura teclas de marcación rápida para interlocutores inter­nos de la centralita, los LED correspondientes le informan sobre
el estado de asignación o de actividad de los interlocutores de
que se trate. Además, con estas teclas puede ejecutar las funcio­nes de captura y consulta de forma muy cómoda. 1. Captura del

de voz de la centralita.

Manos libres y altavoz Pulsando la tecla del altavoz puede iniciar y finalizar llamadas

sin descolgar el microteléfono (manos libres).
Durante una llamada puede activar el altavoz pulsando la tecla

de altavoz. Si en lugar de eso desea activar la función de manos
libres, debe pulsar la tecla durante 2 segundos (a continuación
puede colgar el microteléfono).

El LED de la tecla se ilumina en rojo en cuanto se activa el alta­voz.

El LED de la tecla parpadea en rojo en cuanto se activa la función
de manos libres.

Regular el volumen Pulsando la tecla más/menos puede subir/bajar el volumen del

timbre, del microteléfono o del altavoz en función del estado de
funcionamiento.

Atrás, acción finalizada Pulsando la tecla Atrás volverá a la pantalla de la última página

abierta y finalizará la acción actual.

Silenciar Pulsando la tecla del micrófono activará y desactivará el micró-

fono durante una llamada.
El LED de la tecla parpadea en rojo en cuanto se desactiva el

micrófono.

Abrir lista de rellamada Pulsando la tecla de rellamada abrirá la lista con los últimos

números marcados.
Para seleccionar un número desplácese hasta la entrada

deseada y descuelgue el microteléfono.

Iniciar consulta Pulsando la tecla R puede iniciar una consulta durante una lla-

mada o transferir la llamada.

Αν ρυθμίσετε πλήκτρα επιλογής προορισμού για εσωτερικούς

Αγγίξτε σε κατάσταση αδράνειας το για άνοιγμα του δεύτε-

ρου επιπέδου λειτουργίας με τις λειτουργίες "Λίστα συνομιλιών",

"Ανάληψη κλήσης", "Έργο" και "Ημερομηνία". Αν αγγίξετε το στοι-

χείο Λίστα συνομιλιών, ανοίγει η λίστα συνομιλιών.

Για να επιλέξετε έναν αριθμό κλήσης από τη λίστα συνομιλιών,

πραγματοποιήστε κύλιση στην καταχώριση που θέλετε και σηκώ-

στε το ακουστικό.

Αγγίξτε το για ενεργοποίηση του τηλεφωνητή (η ένδειξη

αλλάζει σε ). Αγγίξτε το για απενεργοποίηση του τηλε-

φωνητή (τηλεφωνητής προαιρετικός).

Κλείσιμο μενού Με το πλήκτρο Home κλείνετε το ανοικτό μενού. Οι ρυθμίσεις

που δεν έχουν ολοκληρωθεί σωστά δεν αποθηκεύονται.

Στο μενού λειτουργίες μπορείτε να ενεργοποιήσετε/απενεργο-

ποιήσετε ή να εκτελέσετε απευθείας τις λειτουργίες του τηλεφωνι­κού κέντρου και του τηλεφώνου (π. χ. ανακατεύθυνση κλήσης και
κλείδωμα τηλεφώνου).

Το μενού πληροφορίες χρησιμεύει στην εμφάνιση πληροφοριών
(π. χ. εκδόσεις, συγκεντρωτικές χρεώσεις και κατάσταση ορισμέ­νων σημαντικών λειτουργιών/ρυθμίσεων). Δεν μπορείτε να εκτε­λέσετε αλλαγές.

Στο μενού μνήμη πλήκτρων μπορείτε να αντιστοιχίσετε τα προ­γραμματιζόμενα πλήκτρα λειτουργίας με λειτουργίες του τηλεφω­νικού κέντρου και του τηλεφώνου (π. χ. ανακατεύθυνση κλήσης
και επιλογή προορισμού).

Στο μενού ρυθμίσεις μπορείτε να ρυθμίστε το τηλέφωνο.
Στο μενού τηλεφωνητής μπορείτε ν α ρυθμίσετε κα ι να χειρι στείτε

τον τηλεφωνητή.
Στο μενού Διάγνωση μπορείτε να εκτελέστε διάγνωση των γραμ-

μών και των υπηρεσιών ISDN (π. χ. εσωτερική δοκιμή γραμμής).
Στο μενού φωνητικό ταχυδρ. μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε και να χει-

ριστείτε το φωνητικό ταχυδρομείο του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου.

Πίσω, τερματισμός
ενέργειας

Με το πλήκτρο Πίσω επιστρέφετε στην οθόνη στην τελευταία
σελίδα που ανοίξατε και ολοκληρώνετε την τρέχουσα ενέργεια.

Αλλαγή έντασης ήχου Με το πλήκτρο συν και πλην αυξάνετε/μειώνετε την ένταση

ήχου του κουδουνίσματος, του ακουστικού ή του ηχείου – ανά­λογα με την κατάσταση λειτουργίας.

Ανοικτή συνομιλία,
συνομιλία με ακουστικά

Με το πλήκτρο Hook πραγματοποιείτε και ολοκληρώνετε συνο­μιλίες χωρίς να σηκώνετε το ακουστικό (ανοικτή συνομιλία). Στη
λειτουργία με ακουστικά πραγματοποιείτε και ολοκληρώνετε
συνομιλίες μέσω των ακουστικών.

Άνοιγμα επαφών Με το πλήκτρο επαφών/τηλ. καταλόγου ανοίγετε τις επαφές

του τηλεφώνου.
Για να επιλέξετε έναν αριθμό κλήσης, πραγματοποιήστε κύλιση

στην καταχώριση (επαφή) που θέλετε και σηκώστε το ακουστικό.

Με το πλήκτρο μηνυμάτων ανοίγετε τη λίστα καλούντων, τη
λίστα τηλεφωνητή, τη λίστα φωνητικών υπενθυμίσεων και τη
λίστα μηνυμάτων του φωνητικού ταχυδρομείου.

Για να επιλέξετε έναν αριθμό κλήσης (λίστα καλούντων) ή για να
ακούσετε την εγγραφή, πραγματοποιήστε κύλιση στην καταχώ­ριση που θέλετε και σηκώστε το ακουστικό.

Η λυχνία LED του πλήκτρου υποδεικνύει νέες κλήσεις (η λυχνία
LED αναβοσβήνει) ή κλήσεις που έχετε ήδη δει (η λυχνία LED
είναι αναμμένη).

Με το πλήκτρο επανεπιλογής ανοίγετε τη λίστα επανεπιλογής
με τους τελευταίους επιλεγμένους αριθμούς κλήσης.

Για να επιλέξετε έναν αριθμό κλήσης, πραγματοποιήστε κύλιση
στην καταχώριση που θέλετε και σηκώστε το ακουστικό.

Σίγαση Με το πλήκτρο μικροφώνου ενεργοποιείτε και απενεργοποιείτε

το μικρόφωνο κατά τη διάρκεια μιας συνομιλίας.
Η λυχνία LED του πλήκτρου αναβοσβήνει με κόκκινο, μόλις απε-

νεργοποιηθεί το μικρόφωνο.

Ανοικτή συνομιλία και
συνακρόαση

Με το πλήκτρο ηχείου πραγματοποιείτε και ολοκληρώνετε συνο­μιλίες χωρίς να σηκώνετε το ακουστικό (ανοικτή συνομιλία).

Κατά τη διάρκεια μιας υπάρχουσας συνομιλίας ενεργοποιείτε το
ηχείο με το πλήκτρο ηχείου. Για να ενεργοποιήσετε αντί αυτού
την ανοικτή συνομιλία, πρέπει να κρατήσετε πατημένο το πλή­κτρο για 2 δευτερόλεπτα (στη συνέχεια μπορείτε να τοποθετήσετε
το ακουστικό στη θέση του).

Έναρξη επανάκλησης Με το πλήκτρο R πραγματοποιείτε επανάκληση ή μεταφορά

κατά τη διάρκεια μιας συνομιλίας.

Paramétrer les touches
de numérotation rapide

Les touches de fonction à côté de l’étiquette de marquage sont
des touches programmables, par ex. pour la numérotation cible
ou pour l’utilisation des fonctions du téléphone. Chaque touche
peut être attribuée à des fonctions de deux niveaux.

La DEL indique le statut de la fonction du premier niveau.
Pour exécuter la fonction du premier niveau, appuyez une fois

sur la touche. Pour exécuter la fonction du deuxième niveau,
appuyez deux fois sur la touche (double clic) ou appuyez sur la
touche Shift (touche de fonction attribuée à la fonction « Shift »)
puis une fois sur la touche.

Si, en mode téléphone dédié, vous attribuez des touches de
numérotation rapide à des correspondants internes du système
de télécommunication, les DEL correspondantes indiquent le sta­tut d’affectation ou d’activité du correspondant concerné. Par ail­leurs, ces touches vous permettent d’exécuter très facilement les
fonctions Interception d’appel et Double appel. 1 Interception
d’appel pour le correspondant enregistré : Lorsque la DEL cli­gnote en rouge, appuyez sur la touche de numérotation rapide. 2
Mise en attente d’un correspondant enregistré : Appuyez sur la
touche de numérotation rapide pendant l’appel.

Dans le menu Fonctions, vous pouvez activer/désactiver ou

exécuter directement des fonctions du système de télécommuni­cation et du téléphone (par ex. Transfert d’appel et Verrou tél).

Le menu Infos sert à afficher les informations (par ex. version,
frais facturés et statut de quelques fonctions/réglages impor­tants). Vous ne pouvez effectuer aucune modification.

Dans le menu Attribuer touche, vous pouvez attribuer les
touches de fonction programmables à des fonctions du système
de télécommunication et du téléphone (par ex. Transfert d’appel

Dans le menu Réglages, vous pouvez paramétrer le téléphone.

Dans le menu Diagnostic, vous pouvez effectuer le diagnostic

Dans le menu Boîte vocale, vous pouvez paramétrer et utiliser

la boîte vocale du système de télécommunication.

Retour, stopper l’action La touche Retour vous permet de revenir à la dernière page

Activer la fonction Muet La touche Microphone vous permet de désactiver et de réacti-

ver le microphone pendant un appel.
La DEL de la touche clignote en rouge dès que le microphone est

désactivé.

Mains libres et haut­parleur

La touche Haut-parleur vous permet de démarrer et de terminer
des appels sans décrocher le combiné (mains libres).

Pendant un appel, activez le haut-parleur avec la touche Haut-
parleur. Si vous souhaitez plutôt activer la fonction mains libres,
vous devez maintenir la touche pendant 2 secondes (vous pou­vez ensuite poser le combiné).

Il LED indica lo stato della funzione di primo livello.
Per eseguire la funzione di primo livello, premi il tasto una sola

volta. Per eseguire la funzione di secondo livello premi il tasto
due volte (doppio clic) oppure premi il tasto Shift (il tasto funzione
assegnato alla funzione “Shift”) e successivamente il tasto una
sola volta.

Qualora nel telefono di sistema vengano configurati tasti per la
composizione automatica dei numeri di partecipanti interni del
centralino, i LED corrispondenti forniranno informazioni sullo
stato di occupato o di attività dei diversi partecipanti. Inoltre, que­sti tasti rendono particolarmente agevole l’esecuzione delle fun­zioni Pick-up e Richiamata. 1. Pick-up del partecipante salvato:

I testi e le icone sullo schermo variano a seconda dell’operazione

e indicano le funzioni possibili nello stato attuale.

Scorrere / Tocca / per scorrere il menu. Durante una chiamata/con-

versazione, la funzione selezionata è visualizzata nella riga infe-

riore dello schermo.

De Functietoetsen naast de tekstplaat zijn programmeerbare
toetsen bijvoorbeeld voor sneltoetsen of voor de bediening van
telefoonfuncties. Met elke toets heeft u de beschikking over twee
niveaus die kunnen worden bezet met een functie.

De LED toont de status van de functie van het eerste niveau.
Om de functie op het eerste niveau uit te voeren, drukt u eenmaal

op de toets. Om de functie op het tweede niveau uit te voeren
drukt u tweemaal op de toets (dubbelklik) of u drukt op de Shift­toets (met de functie “Shift” bezette toets) en daarna eenmaal op
de betreffende toets.

interne deelnemers aan de telefooncentrale instelt, geven de bij­behorende LED's informatie over de bezet- of activiteitstoestand
van de betreffende deelnemer. Bovendien kunt u de functies
Pick-up en overleg met deze toetsen bijzonder comfortabel uit­voeren. 1e Pick-up voor de opgeslagen deelnemer: Wanneer de
LED rood knippert, sneltoets indrukken. 2e Overleg met de opge­slagen deelnemer: Tijdens gesprek sneltoets indrukken.

getoonde functies uit te voeren.

De teksten en de symbolen in het display veranderen bij een

actie en geven de functies aan, die mogelijk zijn in de huidige toe-

stand.

Bladeren / Tik op / om door het menu te bladeren. Tijdens een

oproep/gesprek wordt de gekozen functie in de onderste display-

regel getoond.

schakelen, moet u de toets 2 seconden lang ingedrukt houden
(aansluitend kunt u de hoorn opleggen).
