OVERVIEW
The 32-Button Adjunct Feature Module extends the memory keys of your Executech II multiline telephone by an additional thirty-two keys and
status lights. The keys can be programmed for automatic dialing and/or direct station selection (DSS) with busy lamp field (BLF).

DIRECT STATION SELECTION BUSY
LAMP FIELD (DSS/BLF) OPERATION
DSS/BLF provides one-key intercom calling with
visual indication of station status.
To program DSS numbers,
Press ITCM on telephone. Listen for tone. Dial 85 from telephone dial pad. Tone will
stop.
Press desired key on Module. Dial extension number from telephone dial
pad.
Repeat previous two steps for all desired sta-
tions.
Press MONITOR on telephone when
programming is complete.
Record DSS names or locations on supplied reference card and install card on Module
faceplate.

Lift out plastic reference card cover from
Module faceplate.
l
Write or type names in squares on
reference card.
l
Install card under cover and snap cover
back into place on Module.
NOTE:
programmed as a secondary function at every
DSS/BLF memory location. See Automatic Dial­ing instructions for details.

Press ITCM on telephone. When station answers, two-way conversation can take
place.
The BLF lights that are adjacent to the DSS
keys on the Module indicate the status of the sta­tions programmed at the keys. Status condi­tions are as follows:

Light Flashing Station calling you on
intercom line.
Light On Steady Station busy.
Station in do not dis-
turb mode.
Light Flutters Station has left call-
back message.
AUTOMATIC DIALING
Auto dialing provides one-key calling of often
used numbers and access codes.
To store a number for automatic dialing,
To voice announce a call to a DSS number,

Lift telephone handset.
l
Press key on Module.
. Voice announce.
NOTE:
If you are transferring a call, the outside line is automatically placed on hold when a DSS key is pressed.
To tone signal a call to a DSS number,
0 Lift telephone handset.
Press ITCM on telephone.
Listen for tone. Press SAVE on telephone. Tone will stop. Press desired key on Module. Listen for fast
tone bursts.
