Press and hold the Setup button (about 3
seconds) until the Status LED changes from
red to green.
Press the XFINITY button.
Follow the on-screen instru ctions to enter the
3-digit code that appear s.
Once the code is correctly entere d, your
XFINITY Remote is paired with th e device.
Pick up your remote and remove the “Pull” tab
(on back) by pulling away from the remote. The
Status LED will blink green four ti mes as the
remote powers up (about 5 seconds).
Turn on your TV.
Turn on your set-top box.

your remote to adjust volume and turn the

Control your set-top box without having to point at it, even
when it is inside a cabinet or entertainment center.
Your remote arrives with the AA batteries already installed,
but not activated. Here is how to power it on for the rst time.
Need to remove Aim Anywh ere control? Press
and hold the Setup button on the r emote until th e
status LED changes fro m red to green. Press A on
the remote. If the stat us LED blinks green twice,
you have successfully removed Aim Anywhere.
Not working? Make sure the battery ta b from
your remote is removed, yo ur TV is on and yo u are
entering the correct 3 -digit code o n your TV scree n.

Mantenga presionado el botón Setup unos 3

correctamente, su control rem oto de XFINITY
queda sincronizado con el aparato .
Tome su control remoto y quite la pestaña “Pu ll”
(situada en la parte posterior) separándola del
control remoto. La luz LED de esta do parpadeará
en verde cuatro veces mientras se enciende e l
control remoto (unos 5 segundos).
Encienda su televisor.
Encienda su decodicador.
Encuentre en la lista de la derecha el pr imer
código de 5 dígitos correspondiente al
fabricante de su televisor.
Mantenga presionado el botón Setu p unos
3 segundos, hasta que la luz LED de e stado
cambie de rojo a verde.
Ingrese el primer código de 5 dígitos
correspondiente al fabricante. La luz LED
de estado debe parpadear en color verde
dos veces.
Verique que el código ha sido aceptado
usando su control remoto para ajus tar el
volumen y encender y apagar el televisor.
