Speaker Wire
Guide
(inside canopy)
Speaker Wire Path: on each side of the canopy enclose the Speaker Wire in its Wire Guide then place wire behind the seat toward the Player Storage Pocket.
Buttonhole
The canopy has two Wire Guides, located on the inside of each side of the canopy.
Make sure the canopy is in the open position before installing speakers.
1. While facing the front of the canopy, thread each speaker from the inside through the buttonhole (located near each canopy speaker pocket) and insert the speakers into pockets and Velcro them closed.
2. Next, run the speaker wires through each guide and Velcro them closed.
3. Grasp the jack on the speaker wire and place behind the seat cushion. The jack must come through the bottom of the canopy.
4.The seat cushion has a storage pocket on the back. Place your portable CD, cassette, mini-disc or MP3 player inside the back pocket.
5.Insert the (2.8 mm) mini-plug into the player. Turn on your player.
CAUTION
Be sure to test the volume on your player. Set it at a comfortable level so that it does not startle your baby when turning it on. Loud volume can hurt your baby’s ears. If you notice that the sound has become weak or distorted or if tracks do not change, this is an indication that your batteries are low. Replace the batteries and set the volume at a comfortable level.
CAUTION
Before folding your Deluxe Activity Rocker™, be sure to remove your player from the back pocket of the canopy.
This will make it easier to fold the Deluxe Activity Rocker™. When you fold the Deluxe Activity Rocker™, you may leave
the speakers in the Acoustic Canopy, but only for short periods of time.
In the summer, the temperature may get as high as 150°F/65°C or more in your car or car trunk. Do not leave your Deluxe Activity Rocker™, with the speakers in the Acoustic Canopy pockets, in your car trunk where the temperature may reach these high levels. Store speakers in a cool and dry area.
