Inbetriebnahme über das Internet

Das SMS Relay kann direkt über www.sms-relay.com in Betrieb genom­men werden. Die Konfigurationsdatei wird in der Konfigurationssoftware
FAST SMS SET™ erstellt und über das Internet auf das Gerät geladen.
Beachten Sie dazu folgende Schritte:

1. SIM-Karte vorbereiten: Das SMS Relay verfügt werkseitig über eine
Standardkonfiguration mit voreingestelltem PIN (1234), damit das
Gerät über das Internet in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Daher
den PIN-Code der SIM-Karte vor dem Einsetzen in das SMS Relay
mit einem Handy deaktivieren oder auf 1234 stellen. ACHTUNG: Wird
das SMS Relay drei Mal mit falschem PIN-Code gestartet, muss die
SIM-Karte mit dem PUK-Code in einem Handy aktiviert werden.

2. SIM-Karte einsetzen.

WARNUNG: Beachten Sie unbedingt beim Anschliessen an das

230V AC-Netz, dass die Speisung und die Speisung der Eingänge

vom gleichen Polleiter stammen. Es darf keine Spannung von über

240V AC am Gerät selber auftreten.
WARNUNG: Montieren und demontieren Sie das SMS-Relay nur im

spannungsfreien Zustand.
WARNUNG: Bei der elektrischen Installation sind die Vorschriften

und gängigen Normen einzuhalten und die Installation muss

durch eine fachkundige Person ausgeführt werden.
WARNUNG: Das Gerät ist für den Einbau in einen Schaltschrank

oder in ein vergleichbares Behältnis vorgesehen. Das Gerät darf

nur so eingebaut betrieben werden. Dieser Schaltschrank muss

den Anforderungen eines Brandschutzgehäuses der Sicher-

heitsnorm IEC/EN 60950-1 entsprechen. Zudem muss er einen

adäquaten Schutz bieten vor elektrischem Schlag (Berührungs-

schutz).

etc.) von der Spannungsversorgung getrennt werden können.

4. Erstellen Sie eine neue Konfigurationsdatei in der Konfigurations­software FAST SMS Set™ (Korrekten PIN-Code einsetzen sowie

Web-Fernzugriff aktivieren und Passwort für Fernzugriff definie­ren!) und speichern Sie Ihre Konfiguration lokal auf Ihrem PC oder

Notebook.

5. Die Internetseite www.sms-relay.com aufrufen. Ein neues Benutzer­konto erstellen oder mit bestehenden Zugangsdaten anmelden.

6. "Neues Gerät Hinzufügen". Beliebigen CMS-Namen, die Mobile­Nummer des Gerätes (inkl. Landesvorwahl) und den Zugriffscode
(bei Erstinbetriebnahme immer "admin") eingeben.

7. Auf Gerätenamen klicken und das Menü "schreiben" auswählen. Die
zuvor vorbereitete Konfigurationsdatei auswählen und den Schreib­vorgang mit "schreiben" bestätigen.

Inbetriebnahme mit Programmierkabel

1. SIM-Karte einsetzen.

2. Spannungsversorgung einschalten. Das SMS Relay beginnt nun,
sich zu initialisieren. Achtung noch nicht auf das Relay zugreifen.

3. Verbinden Sie die RS232-Schnittstelle Ihres PC‘s oder Notebooks mit
Hilfe des Verbindungskabels mit der Programmierschnittstelle des
SMS Relay. Wenn kein RS232 Steckplatz vorhanden ist, verwenden
Sie den im Starterkit mitgelieferten oder einen handelsüblichen
USB-RS232-Konverter (Treiber installieren).

4. Software FAST SMS Set™ starten. Erstellen Sie eine neue oder öff­nen Sie eine bestehende Datei (Korrekten PIN-Code einsetzen!
Bei Erstinstallation unbedingt notwendig) und speichern Sie Ihre
Konfiguration lokal auf Ihrem PC oder Notebook.

5. Sobald das SMS Relay initialisiert ist (nach ca. 100 sec.) Status-LED
und GSM-LED blinken regelmässig im Sekundentakt, können Sie die
erstellte Datei auf das SMS Relay schreiben. Dazu müssen Sie in der
Reihenfolge von Punkt 8-11 vorgehen.

6. Wählen Sie den entsprechenden COM-Port aus.

(Menü: Optionen ➞ Verbindungseinstellungen.)
Der COM-Port ist in der Systemsteuerung unter System/Hardware/

Anschlüsse ersichtlich.

7. Datei auf SMS Relay übertragen (

Schreiben).

8. Ca. 100sec. warten bis das SMS Relay bereit ist. Status LED und GSM
LED blinken im 3-Sekunden-Takt.

9. Uhr einstellen (Menü: Optionen ➞ Einstellungen Datum/Zeit).

10. Ihr SMS Relay ist nun betriebsbereit.

Verdrahten Sie das SMS Relay nach Schema AC oder DC.

des installations sensibles ou des processus critiques avec la situa­tion contemporaine. Défaillances du réseau GSM ou des manques
de tension peuvent perturber la surveillance.

AVERTISSEMENT: Il ne faut pas employer le CMS-10 dans de zones

avec danger d’explosions ou aux alentours de dispositifs médicaux.

AVERTISSEMENT: A la connexion au réseau 230V AC, veillez que

l’alimentation et l’alimentation des entrées viennent du même
conducteur. Il faut éviter une tension plus haute que 240V AC sur
l’appareil.

AVERTISSEMENT: Montage et démontage du relais SMS que si

l’appareil n’est pas alimenté.

AVERTISSEMENT: Pour l’installation électrique il faut respecter les

prescriptions et les normes courantes et elle doit être effectuée que
par une personne compétente.

AVERTISSEMENT: Cet appareil est prévu pour le montage dans une

armoire électrique ou dans un récipient similaire. Le montage doit
se faire que de cette manière. L’armoire électrique doit correspond­re aux exigences d’un compartiment ignifuge de la norme de sécu­rité IEC/EN 60950-1. En outre il doit offrir une protection adéquate
contre la décharge électrique (protection contre contacts).

AVERTISSEMENT: L’appareil doit pouvoir être séparé de l’alimentation

électrique par une prise à mâchoires (fusible, disjoncteur, etc.)
adéquate qui est prévue dans l’installation.

Bref instruction de montage et mise en route

Montage et branchement

Raccordez le relais SMS selon schéma AC ou DC.

Avant la mise en service

Installez le logiciel de configuration FAST SMS SET™. Insérez le CD­FAST SMS SET™ dans le lecteur. Le menu d’installation démarre auto­matiquement. Si ceci n’est pas le cas, on peut démarrer le CD-ROM via
l’explorateur Windows (lecteur CD ➞ setup.exe). Si vous n’avez pas le
CD, vous pouvez télécharger le logiciel sur le site internet www.sms-re­lay.com sous "Downloads".

Mise en service par internet

Le relais SMS peut être pris en fonctionnement directement par le site
www.sms-relay.com. Le fichier de configuration, créé dans le logiciel
de configuration FAST SMS SET™, peut être transmis sur l'appareil via
l'internet. Veuillez respecter la démarche suivante:

1. Préparez la carte SIM: Le relais SMS dispose d'une configuration
réglée en usine avec un PIN prédéfini (1234),

2. Insérez la carte SIM

3. Branchez le relais SMS au réseau électrique. Le relais commence à
s’initialiser. Attention n’accéder pas encore sur le relais.

4. Créez un nouveau fichier de configuration avec le logiciel de confi­guration FAST SMS Set™ (entrez le code PIN correct, activez l'ac-

cès web à distance et définissez un mot de passe pour l'accès à
distance!) et sauvegardez votre configuration sur votre ordinateur.

5. Appelez le site www.sms-relay.com. Créez un nouveau compte ou
connectez-vous avec vos informations d'identification existantes.

6. Choisissez "Ajouter un appareil neuf": Entrez un nom d’appareil de
votre choix, le numéro de téléphone mobile de l'appareil (incl. l'indi­catif international) et le code d'accès (pour la première mise en
service, veuillez toujours utiliser le mot "admin").

7. Cliquez dans le menu sur le nom de l'appareil et actionnez le bou­ton "écrire". Sélectionnez le fichier de configuration préparée au
préalable et confirmez le processus d'écriture par "écrire".

Mise en service par câble de programmation

1. Insérez la carte SIM.

2. Branchez le relais SMS au réseau électrique. Le relais commence à
s’initialiser. Attention n’accéder pas encore sur le relais.

3. Brancher le relais à l’ordinateur à l’aide du câble sériel. S’il n’y a pas
de port sériel disponible, utiliser le convertisseur qui est fourni avec
le KIT ou n’importe quel convertisseur USB-RS232.

4. Démarrer le logiciel FAST SMS SET™. Créer un nouveau fichier ou
choisir un fichier existant et faire la configuration (Attention: PIN
code absolument nécessaire). Sauvegarder le ficher sur le disque
dur.

5. Après env. 100 secondes, les DEL de statut et GSM clignotent toutes
les secondes. Si c’est le cas, on peut écrire le fichier sur le relais.
Pour le faire, suivre les points 8 à 11.

6. Choisir par Options ➞ Paramètres de configuration le port COM
attribué par l’ordinateur (à vérifier dans Windows sous Panneau de
configuration/Système/Hardware/Gestion de périphériques/raccor­dements (Com).

7. Ecrire le fichier sur le relais SMS à l’aide du bouton (

8. Attendre 100 secondes jusqu’à ce que le relais est initialisé. Les DEL
de statut et GSM donnent des éclairs courts toutes les 3 secondes.

9. Régler la date et l’heure par le menu Options ➞ Régler data et
heure.

10. Votre relais SMS est maintenant en ordre de marche.

Le message d’une coupure de courant est envoyé seulement si le relais
SMS a été mis sous tension durant au minimum 10 minutes auparavant.

Short Instruction

Mounting and wiring

Connect the SMS relay as shown above to AC or DC supply.

Before commissioning

Install the configuration software FAST SMS SET™. Once the CD-ROM is in­serted, the installation menu starts automatically. If not, the installation can
be started in Windows Explorer (CD drive ➞ setup.exe). The Software can
also be downloaded from www.sms-relay.com under "Downloads".

Commissioning using the internet

The commissioning of the SMS Relay can be realized using the internet
platform www.sms-relay.com. The configuration file must be prepared in
FAST SMS SET previously and can be transferred to the device by web.

1. Prepare the SIM card: Before you insert the SIM card into the SMS Relay,
deactivate the PIN code using a mobile phone or set the PIN code to

1234. CAUTION: If the SMS Relay is started three times with the wrong
PIN, the SIM card is locked and need to be reactivated by a mobile
phone using the PUK code.

2. Insert the SIM card in the card holder.

3. Switch on the power supply. The SMS relay starts initialisation.

Caution: Do not access the relay with your PC now.

4. Create a new file with the configuration software FAST SMS SET™ and
save it on your computer. Set the correct PIN code, enable Web re-

mote access and define a password for remote access.

5. Open the internet platform www.sms-relay.com. Create a new user ac­count or sign in with your account data.

6. Add a new SMS Relay. Insert any device name, the mobile number of
the device including country code and the password for remote access
(initial commissioning: use "admin").

7. Click onto the device name and press menu "write". Choose the con­figuration file you previously prepared and confirm the process.

Commissioning using the programming cable

1. Insert the SIM card in the card holder.

2. Switch on the power supply. The SMS relay starts initialisation.

Caution: Do not access the relay with your PC now.

3. Connect the RS232 interface of your PC or Notebook with the program­ming interface of the SMS Relay. Use the programming cable. If no
RS232 slot available, use a RS232-USB converter (install the driver).

4. Start the configuration software FAST SMS SET™. Create a new file or
open an existing one and make your configuration. (Caution: PIN Code
absolutely necessary). Save your file on your local drive.

5. After 100 seconds the status and GSM LED will blink regulary once per
second. Now download your file onto the SMS Relay. To do that please
follow point 8 till 11.

6. Select the COM port to which the cable is connected (Menu Option ➞
Communication Settings).

7. Download the file to the SMS Relay (

8. Wait approx 100 seconds until the SMS Relay is ready again. The status
and GSM LED are blinking all 3 seconds now.

9. Set current time and date (Menu Option ➞ Set date and time).

10. Your relay is now ready to use.
