How to use InterDry
InterDry moisture-wicking fabric with antimicrobial silver protects red,
irritated skin in and around skin folds by keeping the area dry and
reducing colonization in the fabric.
Refer to product package for complete instructions including directions for use, indications, precautions, warnings, storage, and
other information. If skin irritation does not improve or worsens over time, talk to a physician or other health care professional.
1.
Wash skin gently. Pat dry, do not rub.
4.
Leave at least 2 inches of the fabric
exposed outside the skin fold.
2.
With clean scissors, cut enough fabric
to cover the affected area, allowing for
a minimum of 2 inches to extend beyond
the skin fold for moisture evaporation.
5.
Secure the fabric in one of several
ways: with the skin fold, with a small
amount of skin-friendly tape, or
tuckedunderclothing.
3.
Lay a single layer of fabric in the skin
fold, placing one edge into the base of
the fold. Gently smooth the rest of the
fabric over the skin, keeping it flat.
6.
Remove the fabric before bathing
and reuse it when finished. When
removing, gently separate the skin
foldand lift away.

InterDry® is a skin protectant for the management of skin folds and other skin-to-skin contact areas. It reduces microbial colonization in the fabric. This single use fabric provides moisture transportation to keep skin dry while the
antimicrobial in the fabric reduces odor. The safe use of InterDry fabric during pregnancy, lactation and on children has not been demonstrated. Although many patients benefit from the use of this device, results may vary. See
the device labeling for detailed information including the indication, contraindications, warnings, precautions, and potential complications/adverse events. For further questions, call Coloplast Corp. at 1-800-533-0464 and/or
