Safety - Notice to parents
This is a Category 16+ ATV. A Category 16+ ATV is a model ATV that is intended for use by operators age 16 or older. Never allow anyone to operate this ATV who is under age 16 .
An ATV handles differently from other vehicles including motorcycles and cars. A collision or rollover can occur quickly, even during routine maneuvers such as turning, driving on hills and over obstacles.
Adults and children should take an ATV training course before operating an ATV for the rst time. For a training course with an authorized instructor in your area contact your dealer or call SVIA 1-800-887-2887

This Warranty is NOT the Emissions Control Warranty Please note this is a general Limited Warranty for this product. It IS NOT an Emissions Control Warranty. Please see the Emissions Control Warranty in this manual.
The Warranty Coleman Motorsports Inc offers the following warranty to the initial purchaser of this new Coleman Motorsports product. The initial purchaser is dened as the rst person to purchase a new Coleman Motorsports product from an Authorized Retailer of Coleman Motorsports products.
The limited warranty period for this product is 90 days from the date of purchase shown on the original sales receipt.
What is a Defect? The Product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase shown on the sales receipt. During this period of time Coleman Motorsports will, at its option, either repair or replace any original Coleman Motorsports part which is covered by this warranty and is proven to be defective in workmanship or material.
To qualify for this warranty the part:
1. Must have been purchase from Coleman Motorsports or from an authorized Coleman Motorsports Retailer.
2. This warranty does not apply to any vehicle which is used in competition or used in a manner not consistent with the normal and proper intended use for the vehicle. This vehicle is not intended for rental or commercial use.
Who Can Perform Repairs Under this Warranty? Repairs under this warranty should be performed by an authorized Coleman Motorsports retailer or comparable servicing dealer.
How to get service under this warranty To get warranty service call Coleman Motorsports at 888-405-8725 for the location of your local servicing retailer / dealer. Please do not return the product to the retailer where the product was purchased unless instructed to do so by Coleman Motorsports. The retailer of this product does not make any warranty of its own and has no authority to implement this warranty on behalf of Coleman Motorsports without the approval of Coleman Motorsports. A COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following
1. Damage due to lack or improper maintenance as described in this manual.
2. Damage which is caused by normal use and not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
3. Use of the product which is not consistent with the intended use as described in the operating instructions.
4. Any expendable maintenance item which need replacement or service as part of normal maintenance, unless such items have defects in material or workmanship which cause failure or premature wear.
5. Any product which has been altered or modied in a manner not consistent with the original design of the product or in a manner not approved by Coleman Motorsports.
6. Tires
7. Damage or failures due to abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product.
Limitations of this Warranty This warranty does not cover and Coleman Motorsports disclaims any responsibility for:
1. Loss of time or loss of use of the product.
2. Transportation costs to and from the authorized center.
3. Other loss or damage to other equipment or personal items.
Length of Implied Warranties Any implied warranties are limited to the duration set forth in this warranty. Coleman Motorsports does not make any claim as to the merchantability or tness for a particular pur­pose which would extend longer than the duration of this written warranty.
Check you State Laws as some State Laws do not allow limitations as to the duration of an implied warranty. Some States may also not allow limitation or exclusions based on incidental or consequential damages.
AN ATV CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO OPERATE. An ATV handles differently from other vehicles including motorcycles and
cars. A collision or rollover can occur quickly, even during routine maneuvers such as turning and driving on hills or over obstacles, if you fail to take proper precautions.
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH can result if
you do not follow these instruction.
l Read this manual and all labels carefully and follow the
operating procedures described.
l Never operate an ATV without proper instruction. Take a
training course. Beginners should receive training from a certified instructor. Contact an authorized ATV dealer to find out about the training courses nearest you.
l Never allow anyone who is not an adult to operate this ATV. l Never permit a guest to operate this ATV unless the guest
has read this manual and all product labels, and ha completed a certified training course.
l Always avoid operating an ATV on any paved surfaces,
including sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and streets.
l Never operating an ATV without wearing an approved helmet
that fits properly. You should also wear eye protection (goggles or face shield), gloves, boots, long-sleeved shirt or jacket, and long pants.
l Never consume alcohol or drugs before or while operating
this ATV.
l Never operate at excessive speeds. Always travel at a speed
which is proper for the terrain, visibility and operating conditions, and your experience.
l Never attempt wheelies, jumps or other stunts. l Always inspect your ATV each tine you use it to make sure it
is in safe operating condition, always follow the inspection and maintenance procedures and schedules described in this manual.
l Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on
the footrests of the ATV during operation.

l Always go slowly and be extra careful when operating on
unfamiliar terrain. Always be alert to changing terrain conditions when operating the ATV.
l Never operate on excessively rough, slippery or loose terrain. l Always follow proper procedures for turning as described in
this manual. Practice turning at low speeds before attempting to turn at faster speeds. Do not turn at excessive speed.
l Always have the ATV checked by an authorized dealer if it
has been involved in an accident.
l Never operate ATV on hills too steep for the ATV or for your
abilities. Practice on smaller hills before attempting larger hills.
l Always follow proper procedures for climbing hills as
described in this manual. Check the terrain carefully before you start up any hill. Never climb hills with excessively slippery or loose surface. Shift your weight forward. Never open throttle suddenly or make sudden gear changes. Never go over the top of any hill at high speed.
l Always follow proper procedures for going down hills and for
braking on hills as described in this manual. Check the terrain carefully before you start down any hill. Shift your weight backward. Never go down a hill at high speed. Avoid going down a hill at an angle which would cause the vehicle to lean sharply to one side. Go straight down the hill where possible.
l Always follow proper procedures for crossing the side of a hill
as described in this manual. Avoid hills with excessively slippery or loose surfaces. Shift your weight to the up side of the ATV. Never attempt to turn the ATV around on any hill until you have mastered the turning technique described in this manual on level ground. Avoid crossing the side of a steep hill if possible.
l Always use proper procedures if you stall or roll backwards
when climbing a hill. To avoid stalling, maintain a steady speed when climbing a hill. If you stall or roll backwards, follow the special procedure for braking described in this manual. Dismount on the uphill side or to either side if pointed straight uphill. Turn the ATV around and remount, following the procedure described in this manual.

l Always check for obstacles before operating in a new area.
Never attempt to operate over large obstacles, such as large rocks or fallen trees. Always follow proper procedures when operating over obstacles as described in this manual.
l Always be careful of skidding of sliding. On slippery surfaces,
such as ice, go slowly and be very cautious in order to reduce the chance of skidding or sliding out of control.
l Avoid operating the ATV through deep or fast flowing water.
Avoid water which exceeds the recommended maximum depth, go slowly, balance your weight carefully avoiding sudden movements, maintain a slow and steady forward motion, do not make sudden turns or stops, and do not make sudden throttle changes.
l Wet brakes may have reduced stopping ability. Test your
brakes after leaving water. If necessary apply them lightly several times to let friction dry out the pads.
l Always be sure there are no obstacles or people behind you
when you operate in reverse. When it is safe to proceed in reverse, go slowly. Avoid turning at sharp angles in reverse.
l Always use the size and type tires specified in this manual.
Always maintain proper tire pressure as described in this manual.
l Never modify an ATV through improper installation or use of
accessories
l Never exceed the stated load capacity for an ATV. Cargo
should be properly distributed and securely attached. Reduce speed and follow instructions in this manual for carrying cargo or pulling a trailer. Allow greater distance for braking.

4. DAILY PRE-RIDE INSPECTION
WARNING
You must inspect your ATV each time before riding to ensure it is in proper working order. If proper inspection is not done, severe injury or death could result.

Removing hand from handlebars or feet from footrests during operation.
Removing even one hand or foot can reduce your ability to control the ATV or could cause you to lose your balance and fall off the ATV. If you remove a foot from the footrest, your foot or leg may come into contact with the rear wheels. Which could injure you or cause an accident.

Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on the footrests of your ATV during operation.

Never operate ATV on hills steeper than 15.

Could cause loss of control or cause ATV to overturn. HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD Always follow proper procedures for going down hills as described in the Owners Manual. NOTE: A special technique is required when braking as you go downhill.
Shift your weight backward. Never go down a hill at high speed. Avoid going down a hill at an angle which would cause the vehicle to lean sharply to one side. Go straight down the hill where possible.

Could result in ATV overturning.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Maintain steady speed when climbing a hill. If you lose all forward speed: Keep weight uphill. Apply the brakes. Lock parking brake after you are stopped. If you begin rolling backwards: Keep weight uphill; never apply engine power. Never apply the rear brake while rolling backwards. Apply the single-lever brake gradually. When fully stopped, apply rear brake as well, and then lock parking brake. Dismount on uphill side, or to either side if pointed straight uphill. Turn the ATV around and remount following the procedure described in the Owner’s Manual.
