4-4 Control Functions
Use of EPS system
The EPS is an important part of the ATV.
The EPS system monitors the working
condition of the ATV.
When the EPS system finds a fault, the fault
is displayed on the indicator panel meter by
the illumination of the fault indicator light and
displaying a fault code. The ATV operator
can acknowledge the fault indicator and take
measures to keep himself/herself safe.
When fault occurs in the EPS system, the
fault indicator light will light up. At the same
time, the fault indicator of the EPS system
will display the fault code for maintenance.
When the ignition switch is turned to the
“ON” position, the EPS system will
automatically enter into its working state.
Check the meter. If the fault indicator
light of the EPS system is not lit, the ATV
can be used for regular use.
If the fault indicator light of the EPS
system is lit, this means the EPS system
has found a fault during the ECU
self-checking process. If the light is lit
you should consult your local dealer for
maintenance in a timely matter.
