3 Year Limited Warranty

The Coleman Company, Inc. (“Coleman”) warrants that
for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase,
this product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. Coleman, at its option, will repair or
replace this product or any component of the product
found to be defective during the warranty period.
Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured
product or component. If the product is no longer
available, replacement may be made with a similar
product of equal or greater value. No warranty is
provided for batteries and lightbulbs. This is your
exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser
from the date of initial retail purchase and is not
transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of
purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
Coleman dealers, service centers or retail stores selling
Coleman® products do not have the right to alter,
modify or in any way change the terms and conditions
of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or
damage resulting from any of the following: negligent
use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage
or current, use of non-Coleman accessories or parts,
use contrary to the operating instructions or failure to
follow maintenance instructions, commercial, in profit or
non-profit instructional or rental applications, disassem­bly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Coleman or
an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does
not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes
and tornadoes.

COLEMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDEN­TAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE
BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY,
BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. EXCEPT TO
THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FIT­NESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Take the product to an authorized Coleman service

center. You can find the nearest authorized Coleman
service center by visiting www.coleman.com or calling
1-800-835-3278 or TDD 316-832-8707 in the United
States or 1 800 387-6161 in Canada. If a service center
is not conveniently located, attach to the product a tag
that includes your name, address, daytime telephone
number and description of the problem. Include a copy
of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the
product and send either by courier or insured mail with
shipping and insurance prepaid to:

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

1. On a new set of alkaline batteries,
approximate run time: 25 hrs. on
low; 6 hrs. on high.

2. This lantern may not light at temper­atures below 20ºF (-7ºC).

3. When the LED is not lit to full bril­liance, batteries should be replaced.

TO INSTALL OR REPLACE BATTERIES

Carefully read all instructions before use and save for future reference. Your new headlamp operates on 3 “AAA” cell batteries. For
longest life, use alkaline batteries.

1. Rotate body of headlamp until lights are pointing down and battery cover tab is to the front. (Fig. 1 & 2)

2. Insert edge of buckle on headband or a coin under tab and twist to unlock and remove battery cover. (Fig. 3)

3. Install 3 “AAA” cell batteries in the correct orientation as shown on the battery housing. Make certain all 3 batteries are installed

correctly. (Fig. 4)

4. Replace battery cover by first inserting the tabs on the back of the battery cover under the back edge of the battery housing, and

then rotate down until battery cover snaps into locked position.

5. Rotate body of headlamp back up to original position as shown in Fig. 1.

MISE EN PLACE OU REMPLACEMENT DES PILES

Lisez attentivement les instructions avant l’utilisation et gardez-les pour référence ultérieure. Cette lampe frontale est alimentée par
3 piles «AAA» – employez de préférence des piles alcalines, elles procurent l’autonomie la plus longue.

1. Tournez le corps de la lampe pour orienter les lumières vers le sol et mettre la patte du couvre-piles à l’avant. (Fig. 1 et 2)

2. Introduisez le bord de la boucle du serre-tête, ou bien la tranche d’une pièce de monnaie sous la patte et effectuez un léger

mouvement de torsion pour débloquer le couvre-piles puis le retirer. (Fig. 3)

3. Placez 3 piles «AAA» en les orientant correctement, tel qu’illustré dans le logement. Il est primordial qu’elles soient parfaitement

installées, assurez-vous-en. (Fig. 4)

4. Remettez le couvre-piles en introduisant tout d’abord ses pattes arrière sous le bord arrière du logement des piles, puis

tournez-le jusqu’à ce qu’il se bloque en place.

5. Tournez le corps de la lampe frontale pour le remettre à sa position originale, tel qu’illustré à la fig. 1.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. The headlamp turns on by rotating the selection indicator down to the “HIGH” or “LOW”

settings. (Fig. 5)

• On the “HIGH” setting the center LED will be lit.

• On the “LOW” setting the two outside LED’s will be lit.

• Rotate the selection indicator back up for the “OFF” position.

2. While wearing the headlamp, the angle of the light may be adjusted by grasping the body of

the light and rotating it up or down.

MODE D’EMPLOI

1. Pour allumer la lampe frontale, il suffit de tourner l’indicateur de réglage pour le mettre à «HAUT» ou «BAS». (Fig. 5)

• Au réglage «HAUT», la DEL centrale est allumée.

• Au réglage «BAS», les deux DEL extérieures sont allumées.

• Pour éteindre la lampe, vous tournez l’indicateur de réglage afin de le mettre à la position «ARRÊT».

2. Lorsque vous portez la lampe frontale, vous pouvez modifier l’angle du faisceau en tenant fermement le corps de la lampe et en

le tournant vers le haut ou vers le bas.
