Remarks
Reminders
• This product must be used in combination with at least one COCO transmitter.
• The product is a dimmer/receiver: controls the lamps remotely, without complicated wiring.
• To prevent interference between devices, avoid placing multiple products close to each other. The
minimum distance between units should be approx. 50 cm.
• The wireless system can be indefinitely expanded with other COCO remote controls and/or receivers.
• Your COCO transmitter may have a special ‘group’ button with which multiple receivers can be switched
on and off simultaneously. Repeat [3 - 4] and press the ‘group’ on button of the transmitter in step [4].
• To delete the set codes (clearing the memory): (1) Hold in the search mode button. (2) The indicator
begins flashing after approx. 7 seconds. (3) Release the search mode button. (4) Press the search
mode button again. (5) To confirm, the built-in dimmer switches on and off two times.
• If the product does not work:
- Reset the memory (see previous line) and set the code in the transmitter again (repeat [3 - 4]).
- Check whether the indicator is lit; if not, there may not be any power to the original fitting.
- Make sure the lamp is on (if it is equipped with a switch).
- Make sure the light is not defective.
Safety instructions
• When used with low-energy light bulbs: For this product, only use low-energy light bulbs that may be
dimmed!
• Never use COCO products for life support systems or other applications in which equipment
malfunctions can have life-threatening consequences.
• The mains power must not exceed 230 Volts, 50 Hertz.
• The lamp fitting must be suitable for E27 incandescent bulbs and the lamp armature must have a
diameter of at least 15 centimetres.
• Connecting incorrect lamps and armatures can cause defects, a short circuit and fire. See the overview
of suitable lamp and armature combinations below:
A. Hanging lamp with closed top: Not suitable for this product!
