About MP3
MP3 (MPEG1, Audio Layer3) is adigital audio format

redundant soundsin an audiosignal to aminimum. It
takes musicfrom a CDand reduces itby a factorof 12,
with nonoticeable loss ofquality. On a normalCD of
74 minutesyou can storeover 130 songs.
