Power
Plug the AC POWER CORD () into your wall outlet. For your safety, do not connect the clock to any power source not indicated by the Specications list.
Open the BATTERY COMPARTMENT () and connect one -volt battery (not included) to the appropriate terminals. This backup battery will allow your clock to maintain the correct time during a power outage or other interruption of the AC connection.
If the AC connection is interrupted, the clock will
continue to mark the correct time internally. The time will not be displayed until AC power is recon­nected.

Set the POWER SWITCH (6) to the ON position.1.
Set the AM/FM BAND SELECTION SWITCH (11) to the 2. desired bandwicth.
Use the TUNING CONTROL (10) to select the desired 3. station.
Adjust the volume level using the VOLUME CONTROL 4. DIAL (12).
To obtain the best possible FM reception, be sure to 5. fully extend the FM ANTENNA WIRE (2).
To switch o the radio, set the POWER SWITCH to the 6. OFF position.
Do not connect the FM antenna to another exter-
nal antenna.

Clock Operation
Setting the Clock
Set the SETTING switch (5) to the TIME position. 1.
To set the hour, rotate the set dial clockwise until the 2. correct hour displays.
To set the minute, rotate the set dial counterclock-3. wise until the correct minute displays.
Once the time is displayed correctly, move the 4. SETTING switch to the RUN position to conrm. The display will stop ashing.
Setting the Projector
Note: This feature creates a time display projection on the ceiling or wall or a darkened room. The projector clock operates independently of the rest of the unit; setting the digital time display will not affect the projec­tor display time. You must set the projector display time manually.
Extend the projector unit and aim the front lens at 1. a wall or other surface. Adjust the FOCUS knob until the projected display appears in focus. You may need to dim the lights in order to see the display clearly.
To set the hour, hold down the T (time) button while 2. simultaneously pressing the H (hour) button until the desired hour is displayed.
To set the minute, hold down the T (time) button 3. while simultaneously pressing the M (minute) button until the desired minute is displayed.

Clock Operation
Adjusting the focus will cause the lens to extend
from the projector unit. If you do not wish to use the projector feature, you must fully retract the lens before folding the projector back into its port.
Maximum projection distance is 3 – 9 feet.

Alarm Functions
Setting the Alarm Time
Set the SETTING switch to the ALM position. 1.
To set the alarm hour, rotate the set dial clockwise 2. until your desired hour displays.
To set the alarm minute, rotate the set dial counter-3. clockwise until your desired minute displays.
Once the desired alarm time is displayed correctly, 4. move the SETTING switch to the RUN position to conrm. The display will stop ashing.
When setting the clock or alarm time, do not ro-
tate the set dial too quickly. Doing so may cause the unit to register your time settings incorrectly.
Wake to radio
Once the alarm time is set, make sure the radio is tuned to the correct station and desired volume level. Set the POWER switch to the AUTO position to set the alarm.
Wake to buzzer
Once the alarm time is set, rotate the VOLUME dial to the right until it clicks into place at BUZZ position. Set the POWER switch to the AUTO position to set the alarm.

Alarm Functions
Snooze Function
When alarm sounds, you may temporarily stop it by press­ing the SNOOZE button on the top of the clock face. The alarm will go o again after  minutes.
Switching O the Alarm
To switch o the alarm, set the POWER switch to the OFF position.
Sleep Function
This function will automatically switch the radio o after a set period of time (available settings range from  to  minutes).
Set the POWER switch to AUTO.1.
To set the sleep interval, press and hold the SLEEP 2. button on the bottom of the clock face. Continue to hold the SLEEP button while rotating the set dial until the display shows the desired time. (Rotate clockwise for interval beginning at 1 hour 59 minutes, counterclockwise for interval beginning at 59 minutes.)
Release the SLEEP button to set the sleep interval 3. and begin countdown. The radio will switch on automatically when the countdown begins, and switch o when the set time interval has elapsed.
To switch o the radio before the countdown has 4. nished, press the SNOOZE button.
