ASSEMBLY TIPS:

203481KE (B1) - BOX 1
STEP 1
Align and fasten left (B) and right (C) headboard leg to headboard panel (A) using bolt (1),
lock washer (3) and flat washer (4) and fully tighten with Allen wrench (2).
**Please take note the marking on the leg and headboard**

STEP 2
2.1 Loosen the bolt and align and fasten bed rail (F) to headboard (HB) and footboard (D) using the bolt
and fully tighten with big Allen wrench (7).
2.2 Align and fasten bottom cross bar (K) to bed rail (F) using long flat head screw (9) and tighten with
Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).

STEP 3
3.1 Align and fasten drawer bottom trestle bar support with leveler (M) to upper trestle support
bar (N) and drawer bottom trestle bar (J) by turning clockwise until tight.
3.2 Align and fasten drawer bottom trestle bar (J) to 'U' bracket at bed rail (F) using long flat head
screw (9) and tighten with Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).
3.3 Turn the drawer glide (attached to footboard 'D') outward.

4.1 Slide and push the footboard drawer box (O) into place until it is fully and evenly closed.
4.2 Align and fasten the drawer glide to drawer bottom trestle bar (J) using short flat head screw (8)
and tighten with Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).
NOTE : Pull the drawer box (O) out a little bit and make sure the drawer glide is center prior to
starting of assembly.
4.3 After completing the drawer alignment,adjust the leveler of the drawer bottom trestle bar support (M)
to touch the floor.

5.1 Align and fasten bed slat with 3 holes (G) to center rail (I) and bed slat support with leveler (L) using
bolt (5) and tighten with small Allen wrench (6).Adjust leveler to touch the floor.
5.2 Align and fasten center rail (I) to wood cleat at the footboard (D) using bolt (5) and tighten with small
Allen wrench (6).
5.3 Align and fasten bed slat with 3 holes (G) to bed rails (F) using long flat head screw (9) and tighten with
Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).
5.4 Align and fasten bottom cross bar (K) to bed slat support with leveler (L) using long flat head screw (9)
and tighten with Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).

6.1 Align and fasten roll slat (H) to bed rails (F) using long flat head screw (9) and tighten with Phillips
head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).
6.2 Place conceal panel (E) on top of roll slat (H) and footboard (D).
6.3 Align and fasten conceal panel (E) to wood cleat at the footboard using short flat head screw (8)
and tighten with Phillips head screw driver (NOT INCLUDED).
