ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLASSIC SERIES,
ONE-SIDED STAIRCASES
MODELS 4-5501-30 & 4-5501-36

Thank you for counting on Clinton to meet your physical
therapy needs by purchasing this fine equipment. All Clinton
equipment is designed and manufactured to provide years
of dependable service because we want you as a customer
now and in the future. Below are easy to follow instructions on
how to properly assemble your equipment. Please contact
us at 800-441-9131 if you experience any difficulty with the
assembly or have questions.
INTENDED USE. Clinton Classic Series, One-Sided Staircases
are specifically designed and engineered for physical therapy
use only. Persons using the staircases should be observed by
trained medical or physical therapy personnel. Never allow
anyone to use the staircases unattended. Combination of
weight and force exerted on the equipment is not to exceed
a total of 500 lbs. Using this equipment for unintended
purposes could result in damage to the equipment and/or
serious injury to persons or persons using the equipment.

FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, TAKE TIME TO CHECK ALL BOLTS AND NUTS TO INSURE THAT
THEY ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED AND THAT THE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN PROPERLY ASSEMBLED
ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS. CLEAN ACCORDING TO YOUR FACILITY'S STANDARDS BEFORE USE.

Care & Cleaning
Clinton physical therapy staircases are built to be durable. With proper care, your Clinton equipment will provide years of
superior looks and performance. Before using any cleaning agents, try them on a small inconspicuous area to insure that they
will not harm the surface. Damage from cleaning is not covered under the warranty. Do not use alcohol based cleaning
agents.
Periodically check that all fasteners are secure and operating properly.
