24 Well Microtitre Vacu-CellTM Chamber
Model VC-MT24
The Model MT24 microtitre chamber uses one 48 x 60 mm coverslip to form 24 individual incubation
chambers. Multiple o-rings on the bottom of the chamber body securely hold the coverslip in place
using a vacuum. The size of the individual chambers is 2.6 mm in diameter and the cylindrical
portion of each chamber holds approximately 25 µl. The chambers are spaced on a 9 x 9 mm grid.
This chamber system is designed for microscopy and commonly used with treated or coated slides. It
can be used for ELISA techniques or other procedures in which a treated surface is used. It is also
ideal for TIRF experiments when proteins, oligos or cDNA are attached to the slide surface. This chamber
is available in black anodized aluminum that is coated with parylene for biological compatibility. The
chamber is heated using a heated microscope stage adapter.
