QUICK GUIDE

Buy a SIM card (normal size) and use
your phone to unlock the PIN. Make
sure there is money on the SIM card.

Push the SIM card in the slot on
the side of CTSmall until it clicks.

SYS LED will start to ash.

Connect the power adapter
to CTSmall and a wall outlet.

The GSM signal must be stable with

minimum 2 ash in signal strength. The
signal is ashed out on the SYS LED every
10 second. This only happens the rst

10 minutes after powering up the unit.

The SYS LED are ashing green fast

when sending and receiving a SMS. If

there are any problems when sending

a SMS SYS LED will ash red.

Mount CTSmall on the wall with the IR
LEDs pointing directly towards the heat
pump / air condition. The two LEDs has

a combined 45° viewing angle.

Make sure you test that
all is working stable.

Prepare CTSmall with SMS:

Set the brand (your heat pump model) as: 1234,Brand
– wait for the returning SMS. Enter your heat pump /
air condition brand as it appears in the return SMS,
for a LG: 1234,Brand,LG

If you want active alarms from temperature or

power fail, enter at least one number in the list as:

1234,PhN1,[phone]

Select a language
Enter the phone number for your CTSmall

Leave code as 1234

Select the brand from the list

Give CTSmall a name

Enter your mobile number for returning alarm message
Press “Add” … that’s it.
