2 Beschreibung und Funktion:

Danke, dass Sie sich für die Clicktronic® Quad HD Matrix entschieden haben. Dieses Produkt dient dazu Ihr Heimkinosystem efzienter und komfortabler zu gestalten. Die Quad HD Matrix ist die ideale Ergänzung Ihres Heimkinosystems. Ob in der Sportbar oder beim Verwenden von HD Quellgeräten in mehreren Räumen, Ihr Produkt ist so individuell wie Sie. Die SPDIF- und TOSLINK-Schnittstelle dient als digitaler Zusatzaudioausgang und macht es Ihnen leicht, die 4 digitalen Audioeingangssignale so aufzuteilen, dass Sie diese zu einem Heimkinosystem, welches kein HDMITM unterstützt, verteilen

können. Mit der Splitter- und Matrixfunktion können

Sie die Signale eines Audio-/Videogerätes zu 2 HD Ausgabegeräten, wie Bildschirmen oder Projektoren

übertragen. Parallel ist es möglich, mit jedem der 2 angeschlossenen TVs oder Projektoren die entspre

chende Datenquelle aus den bis zu 4 angeschlossenen Geräten auszuwählen.

DVD-Player, Blu-RayTM-Player Ausgabegeräte: Anzeigegeräte wie Fernseher, Monitor, Be amer, usw.

Ein anderer als im Kapitel „Beschreibung

und Funktion“ beschriebener Gebrauch ist nicht gestattet. Die Verwendung darf nur in trockenen Innenräumen erfolgen. Das Nichtbeachten und Nichteinhalten dieser Bestimmungen und der Sicherheitshinweise kann zu schweren Unfällen und Schäden an Personen und Sachen führen.

5 Anschluss, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung:

5.1 Anschluss:

1. Verbinden Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil mit der Quad HD Matrix.

2. Verbinden Sie die Quellgerätausgänge mit den Eingängen der Quad HD Matrix über HDMITM- Kabel.

3. Verbinden Sie die HD-Ausgabegeräteingänge mit den Ausgängen der Quad HD Matrix.

Ausgang A unterstützt zusätzlich zu HDMITM auch digitale SPDIF Audiosignale über Koaxialkabel und optischem Kabel für den Fall, dass Ihr Heimkino- oder Soundsystem keinen HDMITM-Anschluss besitzt.

4. Nachdem Sie alle Kabel angeschlossen haben, leuchtet die Active A- (oder Active B-) Funk tions-LED rot für die Ausgänge und grün für die Eingangskontrolle.

5.2 Vorbereitung:

• Ausgang A:

unterstützt den unmodizierten SPDIF-Standard als Audioausgang. Diesen Ausgang können Sie

nutzen um das Gerät mit einem Heimkinosystem zu verbinden, welches nur Koaxialaudioan- schlüsse hat.

• Der digitale SPDIF-Ausgang (COAX) basiert auf dem HDMITM-Ausgang A. Wenn die Ausgabegeräte (HDTV oder Projektor) an Aus gang A und B nur Stereosound unterstützen, kann der digitale Koaxialausgang auch un-

komprimiertes Stereo über PCM (Puls-Code-

Modulation) aussenden.

• Um das Audioausgabeformat einzustellen, lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung des Quell gerätes.

2. Stellen Sie das Audioformat des Quellgerätes

ein. (z.B. unkomprimierte PCM- oder digitale

Dolbysignale (Dolby® 5.1, 7.1 usw.)

3. Wählen Sie den Ausgang des jeweiligen Au dioformats und die Sprache über das Haupt-

menü.

• Um ein HD Audioformat (Dolby® TrueHD, DTS HD Master AudioTM, usw.) oder ein anderes Audioformat zu verwenden, welches eine hohe Bandbreite für die Audioübertragung

benötigt, nutzen Sie den HDMITM-Anschluss.

• Wenn die eingestellten Audioformate von den

Ausgabegeräten (HDTV, Receiver oder Laut-

sprechersystem) nicht unterstützt werden, hören Sie Rauschen oder gar keinen Ton über die Lautsprecher. Stellen Sie im Zweifelsfall sicher, dass alle Komponenten korrekt

angeschlossen sind.

• Wenn Sie ein Heimkinosystem oder ein ande res Lautsprechersystem verwenden möchten, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die Audiolautsprecher

Ihres HD TVs stumm zu schalten.

• Dises Produkt ist mit einem Modus ausge-

stattet, der sich „größte gemeinsame Über einstimmung“ nennt. Wenn Sie das Gerät in der Splitterfunktion betreiben, wird das

Quellgerät mit dem niedrigeren Standard als Primärgerät ausgewählt.

• Wir empfehlen, dass die angeschlossenen Ausgabegeräte und die Quellgeräte möglichst die gleiche hohe Auösung, Farbtiefe und das

gleiche Audioformat unterstützen.

5.3 Bedienung:

5.3.1 Quad HD Matrix:

In diesem Modus ist eine individuelle Auswahl des

Quellgerätes pro Ausgabegerät möglich.

In diesem Modus können die Signale eines Quellge-

rätes auf beide Ausgabekanäle übertragen werden.

5.3.2 Infrarot Fernbedienung:

Für Ausgang A und B steht jeweils

eine separate Ein-/Ausschaltetaste, sowie 4 separate Wahltasten

für die Quellgeräte zur Verfügung.

Ausgang A:

• Benutzen Sie die Ein-/Ausschaltetaste des Ausgangs A auf der IR-Fernbedienung um die Signalübertragung auf Ausgang A zu aktivie ren. Die LED Anzeige (Active A) auf der Geräte vorderseite leuchtet auf. Beim erneuten Drü cken dieser Taste schaltet das Gerät auf Standby.

• Benutzen Sie die Nummerntasten, um zwischen den Quellgeräten zu wählen.

• Benutzen Sie die Ein-/Ausschalttaste des Ausgangs B auf der IR-Fernbedienung um die Signalübertragung auf Ausgang B zu aktivieren. Die LED Anzeige (Active B) auf der Geräte vorderseite leuchtet auf. Beim erneuten Drücken dieser Taste schaltet das Gerät auf Standby.

• Benutzen Sie die Nummerntasten, um zwi schen den Quellgeräten zu wählen.

• Benutzen Sie die RESET-Taste auf der Fernbe dienung, um die Quad HD Matrix in den Aus gangszustand zurückzusetzen.

5.3.3 Manuelle Bedienung:

Die Ausgänge A und B haben separate Quellgerätewahl- sowie Ein-/Austasten.

Ausgang B:

Zurücksetzen:

• Die Select- /Power-Taste ist eine Multifunk tionstaste.

• Ansteuerung: Drücken Sie die Select/Power Taste für 2 Sekunden, um die Quad HD Matrix auszuschalten (Standby). Drücken Sie die Taste erneut für 2 Sekunden, um das Gerät wieder einzuschalten.

• Quellgeräteauswahl: Wenn Sie den Eingangs kanal manuell wählen möchten, drücken Sie

die Select- /Power-Taste abermals kurz.

Eine grüne LED leuchtet als Kanalidentikation.

• Die Select- /Power-Taste ist eine Multifunk tionstaste.

• Ansteuerung: Drücken Sie die Select-/ Power Taste für 2 Sekunden, um die Quad HD Matrix auszuschalten (Standby). Drücken Sie die Taste erneut für 2 Sekunden, um das Gerät wieder einzuschalten.

• Quellgeräteauswahl: Wenn Sie den Eingangs- kanal manuell wählen möchten, drücken Sie

die Select-/Power-Taste abermals kurz. Eine

grüne LED leuchtet als Kanalidentikation.

• Benutzen Sie die RESET-Taste auf der Fernbe dienung um den Matrix Switch in den Aus gangszustand zurückzusetzen.

Der Vorgang ist eine zyklische Funktion.

Wenn Sie einen Kanal ausgewählt haben, leuchtet die dazugehörige LED. Z.B.: Sie wählen Kanal 1 – dann leuchtet die LED „CH1“.

5.4 4K2K und 3D-Verwendung:

1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Geräte (HDTVs, Receiver, Kabel, Blu-RayTM Player, usw.) das gleiche 3D-Format unterstützen.

2. Sollte ein Gerät kein 3D unterstützen, wird auf allen Geräten 2D angezeigt.

• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker! Reinigen Sie Ihr Produkt mit einem trockenen oder bei starker Verschmutzung mit einem leicht angefeuchte ten, weichen Tuch. Achten Sie hierbei unbe dingt auf die stromführenden Leitungen Ihres Gerätes! Achten Sie beim Schwenken der beweglichen Geräteteile darauf, dass Sie

keine Körperteile in den Schwenkvorrichtun-

gen einklemmen!

• Halten Sie um das Anzeigegerät ausreichend Freiraum, um eine ausreichende Belüftung zu gewährleisten.

• Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig alle Befestigun gen und Schrauben auf festen Sitz und ziehen Sie diese bei Lockerung wieder fest. Dies

kann z.B. bei häugem Bewegen eintreten.

• Vermeiden Sie Stellen mit hohen Temperatu-

ren, Feuchtigkeit, bzw. Stellen, die nass wer-

den können, auch bei Pege, Wartung, Lage rung und Transport.

• Die Bohrungen bleiben an der Wand sichtbar, wenn das Gerät und das Wandmontageset

entfernt werden. Nach längerem Gebrauch

kann ein Fleck an der Wand zurückbleiben.

• Achten Sie beim Transport auf die Sicher heitszeichen auf der Verpackung.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Aus gangsaudioformat von dem Heimkinosystem unterstützt

wird. (z.B.: Wenn das Audioformat

Dolby® oder DTS® ist, muss das Heimkinosystem auch diese Standards unterstützen.)

2 Description and Function:

Many Thanks for choosing a Clicktronic® Quad

HD Matrix. This product provides arranging your Home Cinema System more efcient and comfortable. It completes your Home Cinema System in a perfect way. If using it in a sports bar

or by using several source devices in different rooms, your Quad HD Matrix is as individual as

you. You can use the SPDIF or TOSLINK port as a digital output. So it is easy to split the 4 digital audio input signals for connecting a Home Cine-

ma System without HDMITM ports. By using the

splitter mode or the matrix mode you can transmit signals of a audio-/video device to 2 HD output devices like monitors or video projectors. It is also possible to choose one of the 4 connected source

devices by both connected output devices.

It is not allowed to use the device

in other ways than described in chapter “Description and Function”. Use this

device only in dry interior rooms. The symbol with the house reminds you of that. If you do not attend to these regulations and notes on safety, it might cau-

5 Connection, Implementing and Operation:

5.1 Connecting:

5.2 Preparation:

To set the audio output caliber, read the manual of

the source device.

1. Check the audio format of the movie or of the TV signals. (stereo / DTS® 5.1/or Dolby® Digital 5.1, 7.1 etc.)

2. Adjust the audio format of the source device

(e.g. uncompressed PCM- or digital Dolby

signals (Dolby® 5.1, 7.1))

3. Select the output of the respective audio

format and the language by using the main menu.

• If the output devices do not support the ad justed audio format (HDTV, Receiver or spea-

ker system), you will hear noise or no tone at all. In doubt make sure of having connected

all components correctly.

• In case of using a home cinema system or

another speaker system, we recommend to mute the speaker of your HD TV.

• The product comes with a mode, named

“highest common accordance“. By using the

Quad HD Matrix in splitter mode, the source

device with the lowest standard will be auto-

matically adjusted as primal device.

• We recommend choosing the same high reso lution, color depth and audio format of the source device and output device.

5.3 Operation:

5.3.1 Quad HD Matrix:

In this mode you can choose one source device per output device.

In this mode you can transmit the signal of one

source device to both output devices.

5.3.2 Infra Red Remote Control:

• There are separate ON/OFF buttons for each output A and B and 4 separate selector buttons

for the source device.

• Use the ON/OFF button of output A for star ting transmitting the signals to output A. The

LED indication (Active A) at the front side of

the housing ashes on. By pushing this button

again, the switches to standby mode.

• Use the key buttons for choosing between the source devices.

• Use the ON/OFF button of output B for star ting transmitting signals to output B. The indi-

cation LED at the front side of the housing

(Active B) will ash on. By pushing this button

again, the Quad HD Matrix switches to standby mode.

• Use the key buttons for choosing between the source devices.

• Use the RESET button on the remote control to set the Quad HD Matrix into initial condition.

5.3.3 Manual Operation:

• The SELECT/POWER button is a multifunctio-

nal button.

• Activating: Push the SELECT/POWER button

for 2 seconds to switch off the Quad HD Matrix. (standby mode).

• Push it again for 2 seconds to restart the pro-

duct.

• Selecting the source device: If you would like

to choose the input channel manually, push the SELECT/POWER button again for 1 second. A green LED will ash on to identify the active

channel

• The SELECT/POWER button is a multifunctio-

nal button.

• Activating: Push the SELECT/POWER button

for 2 seconds to switch off the Quad HD Matrix. (standby mode).

• Push it again for 2 seconds to restart the pro-

duct.

• Selecting the source device: If you would like

to choose the input channel manually, push the SELECT/POWER button again for 1 second.

A green LED will ash on to identify the active

channel .• Use the RESET button on the remote control

to set the product into initial condition.

This action is a circular function.

When you have choosed a channel, the dedi- cated LED ashes on. E.g. Choose channel 1 – LED CH1 ashes on.

1. Ensure all devices (HDTVs, Receivers, cables, Blu-RayTM Players, etc.) support the same 3D formats.

2. If a device supports no 3D, on all devices 2D will be displayed.

check the clearance of the system, if necessa ry.

Ce produit Clicktronic® Matrice est destiné à optimiser la performance et le confort de votre cinéma à domicile. Matrice est la meilleure extension à votre cinéma à domicile. Que vous utilisiez cet appareil dans un café des sports ou pour des appareils source HD dans plusieurs pièces, votre Matrice est un produit plein de personnalité. L‘interface de sortie numérique(SPDIF), l‘utilisée pour la sortie audio coaxiale numérique et TOSLINK facilite la division des 4 signaux d‘entrée audio pour la distribution dans un cinéma à domicile ne prenant pas en charge HDMI en les connectant à un câble audio coaxial. La fonction du séparateur et de la matrice vous permet de transmettre des signaux d‘un appareil audio/ vidéo à 2 appareils de sortie HD, tels que les écrans d‘afchage ou les projecteurs. Vous pouvez en même temps

sélectionner la source de données appropriée parmi les 4 appareils nectés en vous servant de 2 téléviseurs ou projecteurs connectés.

5 Connexion, la mise en service et Fonctionnement:

5.1Connexion:

1. Connectez l‘adaptateur d‘alimentation (fourni) à la matrice Quad HD.

2. Utilisez les câbles HDMITM pour la connexion des sorties des appareils source vers la Matri-

ce Quad HD.

3. Utilisez les câbles HDMITM pour la connexion des entrées des appareils de sortie HD vers la

Matrice Quad HD.

En sus de HDMITM, la sortie A prend égale ment en charge les signaux audio SDPIF via le

câble coaxial, au cas où votre cinéma à domicile ou système audio ne disposent pas

de connecteur HDMITM.

4. Après avoir connecté tous les câbles, les indi cateurs LED Active A (ou Active B) s‘allument en rouge pour les sorties et en vert pour l‘entrée.

5.2 Préparation:

• La sortie A prend en charge le SPDIF non mo dié standard comme sortie audio. Vous pou vez utiliser cette sortie pour connecter l‘appareil à un cinéma à domicile ne dispo sant que de connecteurs coaxiaux.

• La sortie SPDIF numérique est basée sur la

sortie A HDMITM. Lorsque les appareils de

sortie (HDTV ou projecteur) ne prennent en charge l‘audio stéréo qu‘au niveau des sorties A et B, la sortie coaxiale numérique peut uniquement transmettre la stéréo non comprimée via PCM (modulation par Impulsion).

• Veuillez lire les instructions d‘utilisation de l‘appareil source pour le réglage du format de

sortie audio.

2. Réglez le format audio de l‘appareil source. (par ex. PCM non comprimé ou signaux nu mériques Dolby (Dolby® 5.1, 7.1, etc.)

3. Dans le menu principal, sélectionnez la sortie du format audio respectif ainsi que la langue.

• Pour utiliser le format audio HD (Dolby® TrueHD, DTS-HD Master AudioTM, etc.), ou tout autre format audio nécessitant une large bande de transmission audio, utilisez le con necteur HDMITM.

• Lorsque des formats audio ajustés ne sont pas pris en charge par les appareils de sortie (HDTV, récepteur ou haut-parleur), les haut parleurs feront du bruit ou pas de bruit du tout. En cas de doute, assurez-vous que tous les composants sont correctement connectés.

• Lorsque vous voulez utiliser un cinéma à do micile ou un autre système de haut-parleur, nous recommandons de mettre les haut-par-

leurs de votre téléviseur HD en sourdine.

• Ce produit est livré avec un mode appelé « conformité standard la plus élevée». Lorsque vous utilisez l‘appareil comme un séparateur, l‘appareil source ayant la norme la plus basse sera sélectionné comme appareil principal.

• Nous recommandons que les appareils de sortie et les appareils source connectés prennent en charge la même valeur de résolu tion, de profondeur de couleur ainsi que le même format audio, si possible.

5.3 Fonctionnement:

5.3 .1 Matrice 4x2 Quad HD:

Ce mode permet d‘effectuer une sélection individuelle d‘appareil source par appareil de sortie.

Mode Séparateur:

Ce mode permet de transmettre des signaux d‘un appareil source aux deux canaux de sortie.

5.3.2 Télécommande IR:

Un bouton d‘alimentation distinct est fourni pour les sorties A et B. Il y a

aussi 4 boutons de sélection distincts

pour les appareils source.

Sortie A:

• Appuyez sur le bouton d‘alimentation de la sortie A sur la télécommande à infrarouge pour activer la transmission des signaux à la sortie A. L‘indicateur LED (Active A) à l‘avant de l‘appareil s‘allume. Lorsque vous appuyez à nouveau sur ce bouton, l‘appareil passe en

mode Veille.

• Utilisez les touches numériques pour sélecti onner les appareils source.

• Appuyez sur le bouton d‘alimentation de la sortie B sur la télécommande à infrarouge pour activer la transmission des signaux à la sortie B. L‘indicateur LED (Active B) à l‘avant de l‘appareil s‘allume. Lorsque vous appuyez à nouveau sur ce bouton, l‘appareil passe en

mode Veille.

• Utilisez les touches numériques pour sélecti- onner les appareils source.

• Appuyez sur le bouton RESET sur la télécom mande pour restaurer l‘état initial de matrice

Quad HD.

5.3.3 Fonctionnement manuel:

Les sorties A et B disposent de sélecteurs d‘appareil et de boutons d‘alimentation distincts.

• Le bouton Select/Power est un bouton multi fonctionnel.

• Activation: Appuyez sur le bouton Select/Po wer et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 2 secon des pour désactiver la matrice Quad HD (Veille). Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton et mainte nez-la enfoncé pendant 2 secondes pour

remettre le système sous tension.

• Sélection de l‘appareil source : Lorsque vous

voulez effectuer une sélection manuelle du

canal d‘entrée, appuyez rapidement sur le

bouton Select/Power. Un indicateur LED

s‘allume en vert identiant le canal sélectionné.

• Le bouton Select/Power est un bouton multi fonctionnel.

• Sélection de l‘appareil source : Lorsque vous

voulez effectuer une sélection manuelle du

canal d‘entrée, appuyez rapidement sur le

5.4 Usage de 4K2K et 3D:

1. Assurez-vous que tous les dispositifs (HDTV, récepteurs, câbles, lecteurs Blu-Ray™, etc. ) prennent en charge le même format 3D.

2. Si l‘un de ces dispositifs ne prend pas en

charge les 3D, ils utiliseront tous 2D.
