For your better understanding and confidence, the following explanation of the control system used

on these skillets is offered.

Controls electric power to the skillet.

skillet while the other indicates power to the elements,
cycling on and off with the thermostat.

This control knob allows the operator to select various
heat increments for operating the skillet.

This fuse protects the power jack from excessive
current.
