Clecomatic Clutch: Trip Rod Sizing
Position the head without the trip rod installed. Until the tool starts, +3/4 to 1 turn
Tighten all joints.
Remove this amount
from trip rod.

Release Sleeve
After maintenance, the release sleeve should be replaced with the same size
unless one of the two conditions described below exists:
No “Click” Shutoff
Replace .275 sleeve (203285) with .260 sleeve (203271)
Replace .260 sleeve (203271) with .240 sleeve (205852)
Multiple “Clicks” Shutoff
Replace .240 sleeve (205852) with .260 sleeve (203271)
Replace .260 sleeve (203271) with .275 sleeve (203285)
