According to latest analysis regarding repairs of flat screens in Europe following parts of LCD – TV set s are the principal causes of defects:
1.) Inverter
2.) Power Supply
3.) LCD Panel
For PLASMA – TV sets the principal causes of defects are:
1.) Power Supply
2.) PLASMA Panel
The principal cause of defect of a LCD – TV set is the Inverter !
The possibility to repair a LCD Panel replacing the defective Inverter Board with an original one allows repairing the LCD Panel at reasonable costs which is, of course, lower than substituting the whole Panel.

Classic type number and original Inverter Code + Revision Code
Usually the Inverter Code is printed on a label and is composed by 10 digits starting with a prefix „V0“ or „VK“ and followed by a number of 8 digits. On the same label you find the important Revision-Code composed by 3 digits.
Please always indicate this Revision-Code, too !
Please see pictures below for better understanding how to find the original Inverter and Revision Code.
In your inquiry please always indicate full Inverter Code + Revison Code.
Corresponding Classic Inverter Code type numbers are composed with prefix IVB followed by a 5 digit s number (example: IVB65000).
